I have used this storage facility before without any difficulties. They are perfectly adequate, location at Joondalup is excellent for me and access arrangements are quite straight forward. All round very convenient and obliging.

The location of the storage facility in Joondalup is very convenient, as it is close to a freeway exit and our eventual address. We found the staff to be very helpful, professional and understanding. Not enough room for when 1 of your children moves back home, then all their furniture etc is easy to store when there's no more room at your own house.

We had a friends storage container oragnised but last minute problems made it a non option. So we were left all loaded up in the rain to find another option. I rang National Storage as well as other facilities and they were the best price and organised a storage unit immediately in a covered area because the rain was pouring down relentlessly. Our experience has been very positive. The staff member who helped us (Ann Marie) was not only very pleasant, she was also very helpful and efficient. Having used their online site we had worked out what size unit would suit us so when we arrived we were shown a potential unit to see first hand if it met our requirements. Everything was clearly explained, and once the decision was made it was easy to reserve a unit, organise a payment scheme and start moving our items into storage. The unit itself was clean and had easy access.
