Friendly service even in these trying times. I needed boxes for packing and all sizes were on display, so it was made very easy for me to choose, plus tapes and cutting tools. I did some research on prices from different retails outlets and National Storage was the cheapest.

asha was very professional and helpful when booking the unit. Very polite on the phone and responsive to requests. Off street parking was a bit tight with removals' truck Parked in bays every time I went there.

I was impressed with the service and assistance provided by the staff at National Storage Rothwell to house my caravan on a 12 mth lease and furniture fir a month while shifting accommodation. Elise was happy to explain and show me the locations where I would be storing my property, and at reasonable rates.

This was the second time I've used this facility in 12 months, and the staff continue to be very helpful, particularly when trying to coordinate removalists from a different city. Everything was very simple to follow and great care taken to ensure that I had the right space for my needs.

Very difficult time with the coronovirus and implementing new distancing rules but staff were so helpful and really easy to set up online. Had a few questions because I wasn't sure if businesses were closed but phone calls were also dealt with professionally and quickly. Highly recommended.

I contacted National Storage at Springwood. The staff member, I spoke to on the phone was helpful and informative. When I arrived at the storage facility I was greeted by cheerful staff, which was lovely during this difficult period. I am really glad that I made the call.

Great communication from our local Pukekohe Team during the whole process. We are storing a Motorhome and the area given to us provides great access. Highly recommend to anyone storing a similar vehicle.

I have found Todd at Mornington, Tasmania, to be so helpful, particularly in the wise advice he offers regarding my particular requirements. My belongings will eventually be moved to another state, to a National Storage facility... and I feel confident it will all go smoothly, when the time is right. The world has gone mad lately with all the Covid19 problems, so it is a relief to be in good hands when moving house... an added stress.

The whole process was quick & easy. I especially liked that I could talk to an actual person instead of everything being online. (This is sadly becoming rare) The online aspects were easy to negotiate & easy to understand.
I loved the fact that I was offered discounts when I asked, & they even threw in a padlock for free..!!
The depot staff were friendly, patient, accomodating (I have a Service Dog who accompanies me)

The staff at National Storage are fantastic and very helpful. Except for the website my rating would be 5. Unfortunately when I ordered cartons on line the system distorted and kept linking me to someone else’s account. I then had no idea if my order has been processed. Fortunately staff contacted me and resolved the issue and collection staff also very helpful. Please rectify the glitches on the website.

North Melbourne National Storage Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Goods lift is amazing and there are plenty of dollies and moving carts. This location is really well organised and safe.

Fantastic Cutomer service ive met 2 of the staff and they are amazing and helpful storage is clean and actually has a nice smell in the storage areas. Im impressed...
