personally i prefer soy-protein, so this product suits for me. if you want whey- protein, it's not a way to go. taste ok with fat-free soy milk, but horrible with skim milk. good for vegeterian and lactose intolerance, cuz it's dairy free.
easy-to digest, subtle taste, very low cab, great for exercise
price is always changing

Too early to tell......Cons my main concern at moment so I will try cutting back to quarter dosage and gradually increase. Should the indigestion continue I will seek medical advice unless you are able to offer me some via this site.
Ease of using, no taste to worry about.
I am taking due to dumping syndrome after oesophogectomy for adenocarcinoma.
I am finding I have terrible indigestion since commencing it.

Very good experience with this product. Will not touch another protein powder out there. Simple, effective and does the job for me without upsetting the tummy. Goes really nice with a couple of bananas, honey and creatine. Maintains my mass as Im a martial artist doin lots of cardio workouts. Always feel fuller when am this protein.
generally available in Woolies and Coles, cheap and effective
wish it came in larger packaging

My overall opinion is, if you want good results use this. No indigestion, as I have tried several protein powders. For newbies out there, simply mix with cold water, sugar & cold milk, dissolves better & tastes great. Thumbs up to this product. Thanks guys.
I have seen proven results since I started eating this protein powder. Within 3 months I have bulked up muscle mass, great recovery between workouts & no side effects. An ideal protein supplement for a busy life style. I will recomend this to anyone.
Pricy. Some times coles sells 375gms for $17.95 and sometimes 750Gms for $19.95. Huge price incosistency. They can't explain why.

Although on the packaging it says you can mix the product with WATER, the chocolate flavour tastes absolutely HORRIBLE with water! I had to mix it with milk and sugar to make it at all palatable!
price is okay
Chocolate flavour - cant mix it with anything but MILK!

Tastes ok (not good, not bad), but the misleading information on their website and packaging puts me off buying this again
cheap ($15.99 / 12.5 SERVES)
relatively low carb (4.2gms per 30gm serve)
typical analysis chart doesn't specify how much of each amino acid in each serving/per hundred grams.. so you don't know how much you're really getting
Also their website says it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners but sucralose (splenda) is listed as an ingredient on the tub.
