Nike customer service just can't do it ! They do not know the difference between NIKE sizing mens vs womans.
Nike online customer service doesnt know the difference between NIKE sizing mens vs womans. For example, i wanted to purchase online the same size I purchased in their flagship store which is: Nike Air Hurache US 9.5; UK 8,5; EUR 43; CM 27,5. I kept asking online customer service to let me know which size is that in their online store mens or womens as they make that distinction online (but not in store) and they did not know. How confusing is it for consumers when even their customer service cat assist. Really bad service NIKE!

Ordered 2 shoes from nike online store didn’t receive it on time and now have big problem for returning it not refunding my money any suggestions please refunded one shoes and the second shoes the say never received i got the trucking number both shoes delivered by auspost

Poor quality Nike Crop Top - not worth the money
Purchased a Nike crop top for me daughter and after a few months of 'normal' wear (nothing out of the ordinary) the top is coming apart!
I contacted Nike online telling them about it and advising I no longer had the receipt, but they were unable to help and directed me to call a number.
Calles that number only to be told they wouldnt even acknowledge my complaint about the quality without an assessment and they wouldnt assess it without a receipt. Poor quality and poor customer service. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Beware international transaction fees
There is no indication at checkout that the transaction will be charged as an international transaction although in Australian dollars. So my bank charged me an international transaction fee - I would have avoided the fee by using a different credit card if I had known.
My order arrived one day after the stated time frame. Items in the order were correct.

Three weeks. No goods. Still investigating.
Bought goods online. It was super easy to hand over the cash of course. 4-8 day delivery quoted. Goods not arrived after 9, 10, 11, etc days. Nike staff fob me off onto the deliverer and do nothing about it. The deliverer says they are investigating and does nothing about it. Now 3 weeks later, still no product and still no one doing anything about it other than investigating.

As described, worth the effort
I purchased some Air Force ones for my daughter from the official Nike store.
Site was easy to navigate.
They arrived promptly in the post.
They were packed securely in their box with tissue paper and cardboard inserts in the shoes.
Nothing about this purchased suggested cheap. Everything was nike branded. The shoes were packed with what seemed love and care, with quality items for the boxing, lining and shoes themselves.
Shoes smelled new, clean and fresh even.
Very happy, will purchase again.

Beware of Foot Locker in Cairns central Australia and Nike TN'S
Foot Locker and Nike worst experience ever. Long story short my daughter bought Nike TN's on sale. After 3 months of wearing the soles were so worn down they looked like they were owned for years. Contacted Nike who had Foot Locker contact me(which took long till [name removed] from there contacted me) he told us we could exchange for other color or shoe etc. We went to Foot locker only to have to deal with an annoying manager ([name removed]) who tries to give me explanations as to why they are wore out and that she should not be wearing them ...Read more
everyday. Seriously?! Also to get a different color same shoe we had to pay the difference. I forgot to mention my daughter in 20 and not an athlete just wears them to walk. So [name removed] would not accept the email and tells me to come back another day so she could get in touch with [name removed]. It takes me 1/2 hr by car and 1hr by bus I was not leaving without a shoe. So after 3 hrs of wasting my time she finally get in touch with [name removed] who now tells me because they do not have the same color she needs to pay the difference to get a different color. Well that is not what the email said. Did get our money back but had been hassled few weeks before that from again [name removed] who back then refused us an exchange or a refund. Also my son bought TN'S full price which also fell apart. Those also were returned. So Nike and Foot Locker are absolutely horrible in customer service and quality of workmanship. What do I get in return for the stress and my wasted time? Nothing. Stay away from Foot Locker especially in Cairns Central Australia. The pic below doesn't show the tip which has peeled off. Horrible customer service
I’m Canadian and in North America you are able to return a product but in Australia that isn’t the case. The store manager at Bondi Junction was so rude to me and just kept pointing to “the policy” and reminding me there was nothing he could do. So I don’t live here and now I have a credit I’ll never use. Thanks Nike for ripping me off and making me dislike your brand because of poor management and a complete lack of understanding that when someone doesn’t live in Australia they actually can’t use your bull crap credit. I feel ripppppped off!

Don’t drive a vehicle wearing these shoes!
Comfortable for my son and aesthetically pleasing,
but he tells me they are very dangerous to wear whilst driving his car as the segmented soles have caught onto the pedals and it’s taken some effort to separate the shoe from the foot pedal.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. Maybe don’t even shop Nike. As everyone else here as already stated, you will not receive your order anywhere near the estimated delivery time ( add a month). Absolutely shocking experience with delivery and refunds. Shocking. Still waiting for a $280 refund from weeks ago now - all Nike can offer is for me to go ask my bank.
No sympathy, no compensation, oh wait - a 20% discount voucher to shop online again - what a joke. Do they seriously think their consumers are such fools they would want to go through that experience again?

online shopping was relatively smooth & i was very excited for my shoes to arrive.
problem is, they never did & i had to contact Nike multiple times to find out what the issue was. I even took the morning off work the day they were supposed to arrive, but they never did. It was only when i finally was able to establish an online chat session that i found out that my shoes had been returned to Nike depot (in another state); The online customer service person wasn't very helpful or understanding of my situation & made out that it was my fault that the courier was unable to find our address; so my only option was to ask for a refund. The returns reality might be a 14 BUSINESS DAY wait for processing your refund. I wouldn't know, I'm still waiting after 14 non business days.

Online ordering/customer service is a joke
Ordered my shoes on 29/10/2018. Today is 03/01/2019 and no shoes in sight.
Customer service is one big Comedy Central. They lost shoes somewhere on their way to Sydney. So for almost a month they were confirming with DHL that shoes are lost. I guess they used a snail mail as I called DHL and immediately was told that shipment was lost. Told that to Nike customer service and they told me that they will deal with me in next 3-5 days when they confirm with DHL that it was lost indeed.

Appalling Service
Ordered a pair of shoes for a Christmas present. Website stated it would be delivered a week before,ie.December 17.Was not delivered. 4 Phone calls and 3 and a half hours later, a 20% discount was offered. Boxing day sale had the same shoes 50% off. Offshore call centres are well schooled in wearing you down with no action with and no problem solving policies in place . Just listen and tell you they will get back to you. Doesn't happen. No shoes for Christmas and 20% off for shoes that are on sale for 50% off. Little wonder Nike shares are plummeting. DON'T SHOP ON NIKE WEBSITE!

Products are great, just avoid buying off the website
I've ordered a couple of things off the website and both times there hasn't been a:
-confirmation nor shipping email
-no references on any order on the NikePlus account
-no return sticker (or any order information) included in the package (I order a lot online and always had a return sticker)
It's not a big deal if you get your items, but I needed to return something and I had to email them explaining what happened (no information was sent to my email or anywhere) and can only use the reference from my credit card. It's a first world pro...Read more
