Update - Now ELEVEN years strong! Great little machine.
Coupe Neo Parquet (18450413)Update. Eleven years.
We've passed the vacuum to our son for his place. Recently had to replace the vacuum head; it finally wore out after years of consistent use . I found the part on eBay for $20 including postage. The vacuum still works perfectly.

This has been the best little vacuum. Excellent suction and long extension handle (cheaper models will have a shorter extension). We live in an apartment beachside with all tiled flooring and area rugs; the vacuum is excellent for both, as well as the upholstery
