Our nu wave oven pro is just one year old, we have used it, maybe ten times. We leave the desert during the summer from May 1 to Oct 1. I was trying to dehydrate an orange last night. The fan quit working after 4 hours. That's what I had the timer on for. Stopped to check the oranges, turned it back on for 30 mins. The fan would not come on. I watched a lot of dehydrating videos before I tried my own. Had the dome lifted and only set at 125 degrees. Why would the fan quit on me?

I would find the answer to this in the instructions or ring the company as I never had to do this myself. I am sorry I have not been able to help more. I find many people are not happy with this product but so far using it has been good even though I had an element fixed under warranty and the dome replaced 2 times under warranty. I put the lower cooking rack in now for all things and the newer dome has not cracked with another year use - so that is 3 years now and always cooks so well for what we want.

Thanks! I love this new way of cooking! I’m 63 and live alone! I took advice from the friend who told me about it. Thawed in microwave and then cooked meatloaf in NuWave. My grandson enjoyed it!

Google it? The info you gave does not match for a pressure cooker but a convection cooker. it may be similar to the Sunbeam Nutrioven... see here for that one's manual https://www.sunbeam.com.au/Root/Specifications/InstructionBooklet/CO3000_ib_1.pdf

Try www.newstlyedirect.com.au, they have got all the spare parts for the NuWave cooker. I purchased the powerhead & the dome from them, the last one I was lucky to get the 'unbreakable' dome.

I am unsure of who are currently the Perth agents for this appliance. As you will know, agencies keep on changing all the time .I strongly suggest you contact TVSN who are the original "Online Marketers" for this appliance.132310.They will certainly be able to "point you in the right direction" as far as spare parts, warranty claims and repair issues etc are concerned.I hope this has been of some help Christopher BUCKIE EATON WA.

I had an issue with my dome going yellow rather than white and I purchased a new one. I am really careful with this one. After each use I wash the dome in hot soapy water. I don't think that a quick wipe is enough.

Hope this helps.

Hello,
My boyfriend bought me this, and I really like it.
I would like someone to explain, how to use the temp on it and what is the 1in and the 4in ring, how do
I know which side is the 1in. and the 4th in is.
Please help me out, I tried to make the crispy chicken and it came out dry.
I need to know how to use the buttons, the book doesn't tell me much.
what is level 1 and so on.
I am used to my oven, like 350 for 25mins.
it is way different .
Please send me a copy how to use the buttons and the racks too.
Please write back ASAP.
Thank you very much

Hi Darla. I use my oven on the default setting most of the time - this is about 350 F (or 180 C). I use the timings on the sheet that came with the machine when I am cooking meat, etc. If I am cooking a recipe I set the timer for 75% of the time stated in the recipe - this is often enough but if not just turn the oven back on for a few more minutes. If you are cooking something that you want to go brown (like it was grilled or fried) then put the tray so the food is up high (this is the 4 in). If you are cooking a casserole or cake turn the tray upside down so the food is further away from the heating element. I always cook my cakes and scones in the NuWave now because they come out so light and fluffy. I have not had the greatest success with casseroles but my family prefer grills and roasts anyway.
