I have great satisfaction using Ola when booked they are usually arrive within 10 minutes and the tracking shows where and when the driver is coming from drivers are courteous and vehicles are always clean

Was a Quick response by available vehicle. Courteous and friendly driver. Clean and tidy vehicle. My friends and I are Happy customers and will always use Ola when they are available.

ive some really good rides with ola but some not so good some drivers accept a ride before they have droped of there current ride leaving you waiting for some time while you watch them droping of someone else via the app . most are really good friendly drivers . I still recommend ola over uber even though ive had a couple let downs .

The service has always worked well and all drivers have been very polite and are happy to let you direct them in another route if you would prefer. The fares are usually far better priced and it is good to know that at certain times the drivers receive incentives as do the riders to take more jobs.

Ordered 3 olas on one day- all came within 5 mins of ordering, nice drivers, felt safe as a female on theses rides. no problem. Prices really good would def recommend to others

Having travelled with Ola Cabs over past months, on each occassion their driver has been told how been extremely satisfied & pleased I felt at the end of my trip with them.

Great to now have Ola in Townsville .. I have used them twice in the last fortnight and both drivers were prompt, courteous and helpful ..I will certainly be using Ola regularly

The app will force you to make payments WITHOUT booking rides to continue using it!!!! Went to book a ride 7th March, the app displayed a message I had to make a payment to continue using it, when I questioned support the answer before they closed the ticket was "We would like to inform you that our concerned team has addressed your issue. We request you to reach out to their respective bank for more details." My bank has NOTHING to do with this! dodgy app, absolute scam & sham, AVOID!! Back to Uber I go.

Pleasant drivers on the few times I've used a ride-share with reasonably short wait times. Only once did we lose a ride when the driver cancelled because he couldn't find us and took another fare at the same venue +we got charged a cancellation fee, now that I wasn't pleased about.

I’ve had no issues booking an Ola and have felt safe every time. The app has shown me the correct info and has been accurate with the time the driver is arriving

I requested Ola for a short distent, I have leg injury and it was a rainy day, the driver tried to drop me before my drop off point, then swear at me, and I felt unsecured, I pressed the emergency bottom and was trying to call the police, the driver left the trip running, so I the trip was going to cost 4 times more, yet the trip was disconnected after I called Hornsby Poile station. Ola customer service never backs to me about this issue, and besides a lot of promotion was fake. learn my lesson and never used them again, such a dodgy company

Recently commenced using Ola in Adelaide and found it to be excellent so far. Very clean vehicles, good drivers and timely service. Discount codes made my journeys very good value.

I find this service extremely good and friendly
I feel it is very good value for money and most drivers are very helpful and talkative
The only fault I have is sometimes you select your ride which shows they are five minutes away which you accept and then another driver takes the fare and they are ten minutes away
Other than that the service is very good

I can't fault them. Their service has improved considerably since they first began. Car arrived quickly and driver was very friendly and helpful. Car was clean and comfortable, and price was much cheaper than a taxi. The added security feature on the app make it a much safer ride than Uber or a Taxi.

Picked up quickly, very polite and friendly driver and very reasonably priced, will definitely be using ola again and will recommend to all of our family and friends, awesome service

Have been using the service for quite a few months and have not been disappointed. Ordered rides turn up quickly and all the drivers are courteous. Fares are also very competitive.

OLA is MIA, can't get one at the airport, home, anywhere. Cancellations after accepting the ride. No way to complain, no drivers, went back to Uber! Will try Didi next.
