Ola app and service is the worst app among all the industry ride share companies.
I tried to sign in and app had issues. The app doesn’t approve your photo even if you try from any devise. You call the customer care team for groping in darkness.

Dodgy company
They have problem with the app and useless support team. App wasn't giving me a trips for more than 1 week. I contact them so many times. At the end finally got a trip with them but in app wasn't paid. I contact support team and they told me that I didn't done that trip. After they told me that I will not be paid I stop to drive for them. What a dodgy people.

ion and swip the button that have arived and to start navigation and app didn't ask me code like usually. App show me the road where to drive and I drove. I drove the pasanger and they changed drop off for few streets when they leave the car I swipe finish trip. Then app ask me the code (what is strange) I try to call pasanger but they already go into the building. I can understand that is quite in this days but to don't get request for 10 days isn't normal.And after that get a trip and don't get paid for that . That is dodgy! Ola didn’t pay my Money
I joined Ola to see if the can do the jobs properly but I find out Uber still best for technical support, Easter Saturday 2020 I pick up the customer at 2:32pm who was doing Easter delivery, the customer told me don’t complete the trip because I have a lot delivery to deliver to customers and I send yes to him, so we finish the delivery at 7:30am on Easter Sunday, about 17 hours online, more then 300 km driving, I knew Ola driver app will be accounting the distance and time we did on the app, after complete the trip, Ola app couldn’t generate t...Read more

And now I’m thinking of going court because the have all records, first they told me the customer should put the Via and customer was doing that for some address. Worst Company I have ever dealt with.
During my time driving for this company, their app has been extremely faulty, with rides randomly getting canceled and summaries are not sent out as well. Resolving issues through there driver care is/was a nightmare and wouldn't recommend anyone to drive for them or even ride with them. Their discounts are a complete waste of time as the app barely functions correctly.

gents are working from home during this Covid-19 crisis so do not have the same structure where a team leader is easily available to assist. If you change your mind please provide identifying information and I will chase up your payment summaries to the best of my ability. Shortage of customers
I have been driving for Ola approximately 1 year, but don’t get more than 6-7 customers on week nights - on weekends the maximum for 1 night is about 15( driving 10-11 hours). Most passengers get picked up in the city and Eastern suburbs, a few from inner west. Last night I went to Epping n Cherrybrook for a few jobs but if I go to Nth Sydney or Manly or uppernorth there are no customers. Mostly only young people use Ola - hardly anyone over 50. Could Ola do more marketing out of town? Just wondering?

And driving was bad and nearly hit a back of a car. I was asking to slow down as I was sick. Finally he told me I was rude

Application has no night mod and maked blind to drive in night
This app has no night mod setting and it is very hard to drive during night and customers also complained about it.
Inside map has issue as well. If i open it external then voice keepi coming from both map.
You guys really need a good software developers and testing team.

The onboarding process was very quick, just I onboraded in one day. Everything has been so easy with this company, not like Uber with disgusting driver support. I like this company more than Uber.

Most difficult application process ever
Tried applying for OLA around a month ago now, I have sorted out ALL the information they needed. They have some serious system issues which they need to resolve with people trying to drive in NSW. Their customer service staff are absolutely impossible to deal with. I had to go ServiceNSW 3 times as they advised it is a portal issue on their end. ServiceNSW have advised this issue is extremely common with Ola but never had any issues at all with Uber. Its no surprise seeing all the negative ratings below, if they cant even resolve simple issues like this. I would NOT sign up with Ola to drive even though they offer low commission and next day payments. Just does feel like they are worth the time and effort it takes. I would NOT ride with them either, this company needs to be avoided all together. Absolutely disgusting customer service by people who don't ever understand what the issue is. Avoid this company at all costs because its such a scam. You're better off using Uber, Taxi and probably be better off catching public transport instead of using this appalling excuse of a company. Hi guys, this week has been my first ever rideshare experience as I've just joined ola as a driver a week ago and I must say in subtle terms now... Wotta total ripoff!!! and being green, as I thought they were an honest company with a big reputation to uphold!!! Yes, cheaper than uber and plus only charging drivers a 15% commission fee on fares compared to uber's 28% but I started to notice a trend. Their customer charges would appear after finishing each ride but there was a big discrepancy on each ride to what I was getting paid on my account. For example a booking this week from fremantle port to perth airport terminal 3 the customer fare was $38 and I only got paid $28!!! That's over 30% commission!!! I rang customer service and explained only to be told that it was 15% commission but there were other fees built into the system. I said what?!?!?! The indian man tried to worm his way out of it!!! I was irrate!!! $11.47 fares got I paid $7.00!!!. I was on the road for 15hrs that day with 2hrs of break time included and guess how much I grossed?!?!?! Just over $100.00!!! Fuel used $50.00.... Wotta joke!!! Wotta ripoff!!! Stop trying to turn us into a 3rd world country with your insatiable greed ola!!! Get out of our country!!!!1 comment

Stay Away From Ola Please !!!!
I was an Ola driver for almost a year. What a terrible company to work with, I don't know how I pulled through. Their practice is borderline scam both on drivers and passengers.
I recall a pick up at a shopping centre. Arrived at precisely the pick up point and no one is there. I waited for the entire 5 minutes duration before the app told me to cancel the trip. So I did. There was not a single dollar of cancellation fee. I called Ola, guess what they said? They said I arrived at the pick up 2 minutes too early therefore not eligible. I questi...Read more

Hahaha what a joker of a company, lets penalise drivers for being prompt and on time. GREAT! Another time a passenger took a trip from inner city to Hoppers Crossing. We had to take a detour due to road construction work just past Westgate Bridge. The road was completely blocked and the female passenger also agreed we should take a detour and get back on the freeway after Millers Road and so I did. After the trip Ola didn't contact me or anything and just took 20% off the fare. I called them 3 times and found out 1. The female passenger did not order the ride. Her friend ordered the ride for her therefore bypassing the OTP (one time password) security check. 2. After the trip was completed her cheapskate friend "re-completed" (according to Ola) the trip and somehow gamed the app to bring the fare down and rated me 1 star for taking the detour. LMFAO. 3. After multiple contact with Ola and got nowhere basically got told the rider can do that even if there was detours and the driver must bare that cost.
