Part Store Owner, who manages the workshop has a poor attitude towards customers
1. One year ago when I purchased a brand new motor bike from 'On Two Wheels, Gregory Hills', battery wouldn't hold charge and could only just start the motor one week after I had purchased the motorbike. I put up with this problem until it totally died 3 months later and I had to install a new one while out in central Australia in the middle of nowhere. Luckily I was with a number of other bikies travelling. Did I get a ribbing for riding a Honda. Fancy a new motor bike battery only lasting 3 months, not good for a Honda, hence the ribbing....
Read more The service manager, who is a part owner of the store at Gregory Hills had apparently told service staff to leave a three year old battery in the brand new bike instead of putting in a new one I later found out from bikie mates who know the staff there, so beware. 2. Took the bike to get serviced recently, the Service Manage who is part owner of the store wouldn't fix the problem I had with the bike, telling me to go away. Anything too hard and he is not interested. I had to get it fixed else where Won't be going back there too soon. Weird way to run a business, must be making too much money.- Product Quality

Booked in KTM 790 Adv for 1000km service, at drop off was told that my bike would need a part replacement under warranty and that it would be up to a week wait. Was told that I could not take the bike until the part was replaced. Called 5 days later to get an update and was told the part was on back order and wait would be weeks. I asked for a replacement vehicle and then was told I would have my bike the next day. Went to pick up my bike and queried the cost, and was told that bike are a specialist item and that the cost was accurate. Then had...
Read more to walk up two flights of stairs to pay for the service, no ability at the service desk, than had to fish through a cardboard box to find my key in with 10-15 other keys not labled. When asked to talk to management, service rep became passive aggressive and very abrupt. Service rep and manager both remarked that I should have been charged more for the service as if to say I should stop complaining. No professionalism, no after sales service care or attempt to explain any part of the service before you pay for it, you have to question what was conducted afterwards. Worst experience in 30 years of motorcycling.- Incentivised Review No

I rang Management yesterday at 3:59pm for 7 min and 50 seconds and I expressed my frustration with the communication from the service department.
A couple of weeks ago I purchased two tyres for my bike. I was told they could install it right away. I spent around $590. I waited some 4-5 hours. This could have been communicated better to me and I could have gone home to Narellan rather than waiting in the sun that entire time.
Last week I purchased new indicator lights and a R&G Tail Tidy. I received a SMS yesterday that my parts had arrived. I...
Read more immediately rang service and told them my parts had arrived and asked them if they could install it. Th gentlemen on the phone said to me, "I remember you and your bike, bring the bike in right away and I will make it happen today." When I arrived he said the lights were not the correct lights and could not be installed and we had to go upstairs to exchange them. I did that and I then I left my bike, the keys and the parts for it to be installed. I was told the installation would be between $150-$200 maximum. I called at 3:56pm because I had received a missed call. The service manager said to me, "buddy, I have 3 weeks of work, it would be lucky if I could somehow fit it in this week, but this week there are still a few days left. No guarantees but I will try."

Do not take your bike bike there for servicing. My bike went there for minor work. Picked the bike up 2 weeks later with my bill increasing by $430 without phone call or explanation. They did bot follow job card and did work which was bot required then wanted payment for it. Got the bike back with bolts missing and radiator bone dry even though they charged me with 'filling and checking'. Management are rude arrogant a d not worth the time of day. Go elsewhere and get quality work done.

Bought a brand new Ktm 250sxf 2022 runout model. Bought it at lunch and was ready by early afternoon.
Good down to earth salespeople with plenty of patience.
Head over and see Carl and Sam in the Ktm section.

Bought my Z900 just before Christmas. From time of enquiry to purchase, payment and delivery to my home, the staff have been excellent. Just had it's 1000km first service and the little problem I had with the bike was sorted and fixed without fuss. In fact, when I had to pick the bike up, the mechanic was taking it for a ride to make sure the adjustments were right and the problem was fixed. Thanks to all the staff.

I bought my KLR from the ever so cheeky Ashley ( the one who wears the skirt ) lol. Didn’t push when trying to sell, but the bike was sold as soon as I saw it.
After sales team do a great job and go out of their way to help out.
The only downfall I have is the service department. When booking in for service or additional parts to be fitted, speak to the service manager about book in time and when it’s going to be ready.
Other than that, top place and I will buy from here again.
Great and friendly customer service, competitive prices for a range of products. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at servicing or purchasing a bike.
