Best Phone I have had.
This is the 3rd Oppo phone I have purchased although initially there was a battery drain issue. Having downloaded the AVG Cleaner app and rid the phone of a stack of unused apps the battery life turned back to normal. I live in an area covered by 5G and it is extremely fast when downloading data but also being careful of my Telstra allocation. This phone has outstanding camera specs and 250gb of internal storage and expandable to 500gb. I inserted a 250gb Sd card where all photos (55,000+) and videos are stored including historical photos from...Read more
previous phones. The phone connects with Bluetooth to my PC allowing a number of functions to operate in parallel. I would certainly recommend this Oppo Reno 5G 10x although it is pricey at $1500.Purchased in October 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for A$1,500.00.

Average at best
I brought this phone because I had a Sony Xperia (with the gorilla glass) that I loved that wanted to replace with that but I was advised by Telstra there wasn't a new version, was told this was the next best thing. Wrong!
As stated the phone calls drop out constantly. The internet drops out constantly. Excellent camera, although I have one of those, what I don't have is a spare phone. Battery life? Non existent, phone is on the charger twice a day minimum and I don't think it has excessive use.
This is not my first Android so it's not that. I simply don't think the phone delivers what is promised. Oh well, only 22 more months to go lol.
Purchased in August 2021.

Great camera, rest left wanting
I got the brand new Oppo 5G the day after it was released in Australia. The device is impressive. I love the size, the clarity of the screen, the amazing camera.... But I am left wanting.
Calls cut in and out when I am anywhere but home (i.e. in the car, walking) which kind of defies the term "mobile" phone. I have had huge issues connecting to multiple devices such as my Fitbit, Bluetooth car system and GPS. It would appear to not be compatible with other devices.
Lack of wireless charging doesn't phase me as I didn't have that on my previous...Read more
