Easy self management for Owners Corporations
We moved our owners corporation from a professional paid manager to self management mid 2016. To facilitate this, we use Our Body Corp to manage the day to day interactions and financials of the Owners Corporation. We have found this service highly effective, particularly in regards to managing communications with owners. The financial system is relatively simple and offers a transparent and up to date level of transparency for all owners.
The service is still relatively new and for some of the functionality issues we have had, Our Body Corp has helped resolve or implemented changes to resolve those issues quite quickly.
