Recently purchased a Recovery board holder which fell apart on its first off road adventure. The item was found to have faults in the steel tubing and was replaced with a new item. Couldnt be happier with the after sales service of Dave and his team....

Great seat cover
I bought a Universal Car Seat cover as an alternative to a dog seat cover and it absolutely does the job - it's a much cheaper option than your standard pet accessory. Plus, the guy that I spoke to when placing my order was really friendly, just wish I could remember his name.

Great company, fast delivery and exactly as described.
Purchased a replacement snorkel from them, it arrived 3 days later and it slotted straight in, too easy! Wasn't a safari quality snorkel, but it is more than up to the challenges I have put it through already!

No back up service when problems occurred. Received part we required in 2 days after phone call to Camec. Purchased in March still waiting for broken replacement screw. Wish I had read reviews about this company.

Faulty product no customer service
Terrible service . I received a faulty camping mattress and had no feedback when I emailed them . Do not deal with this company as they are not genuine and you will lose your money

There is NO customer service at Outback Equipment in Brisbane. We bought a Tuff Terrain Rear Wheel Bag from this company. Delivery was fine. We used the bag for two weeks and the inner lining started disintegrating, not of robust quality. As this company had a 12 month warranty policy, we wanted to chat to someone about a return. Not once out of 6 attempts could we contact 'Customer Service' (Busy or Do Not Disturb), no calls were returned when we left our details at 'Orders', not one of our three emails were replied to. in PayPal's Resolution Centre as Outback Equipment would then HAVE to enter into a dialogue. Outback Equipment's response was for us to return the bag for inspection. There is no warehouse address or we would have returned it in person. They only supplied a PO Box and as their website stipulated for any return, we requested a Return of Goods Number. There was no reply. So we sent the bag back via registered mail and tracked its delivery. After Outback Equipment had it for a week, we prompted PayPal in the Resolution Centre. Outback Equipment HAD to reply to PayPal and in that reply, they said there was nothing wrong with the bag and that if we sent another $10+, they would send the bag back to us. Shocked in disbelief. We sent our photos as proof of the faulty product to PayPal who decided in our favour BUT it shouldn't have had to get so messy. Why can't you leave ZERO stars review? This company has NO service
This company sells on E-Bay. NOTE - I had saved 7 items that I was going to buy, totalling over $800, but needed to check details of one item. This is history -
1. Sent 3 emails through E-Bay - no reply
2. Rang company 3 times - you only get 2 options. (a) select to place an order (b) select to speak to customer service. If you select option (b) - you will ALWAYS get the message that they are 'currently busy, to please direct your query via email'. Then they just cut you off.

Beware ordering from this company!
I ordered a sleeping bag from this online store after checking out their Facebook page and doing a google search to make sure nothing dodgy showed up. Nothing did. I placed my order 14 days ago, hoping to get the item in time for Christmas. Days and days go by with no tracking available online, so I ring and the phone message says they will only speak to you if you are ordering an item from them over the phone. ticed several very similar complaints had been put on a recent post. These were not there before, which makes me think someone goes through and deletes all negative comments. The only option available to get through to someone is to email. I have sent 4 emails now, with no response. I am not holding out any hope of receiving my item - these guys are clearly dodgy. I am about to lodge a complaint through my credit card company to get a refund...but I want to warn others - do NOT purchase from this company. Hi Ivan,
I tow with a Mazda BT50 and my van is 2.5m wide. Initially I purchased the Milenco removable tow mirrors they were ok but not legal because you need to see down along the side of your van to be legal, and they shake and a pain to take on and off. I then purchased the quality Clearview towing mirrors, they are fantastic not that hard to install, they replace your original mirrors and don’t shake they are adjustable electronically and extend out so you can clearly see down the side of your van and clearly see trucks approaching etc. A tip - you can go onto Clearview website and purchase pre loved mirrors to suite your model much cheaper, which is what I did. You just need to check the website everyday they sell quick.
