When we say 6ft or 8ft or 10ft, is it the height or the diameter?

It is the diameter. I would suggest going for a 12 ft as big kids or adults can use as well.

the measurement given is the diameter across the frame not the height, please call if you would like all height measurements as it does differ slightly as the trampoline sizes get larger

Summit Round 8ft

Hi, we purchased an 8ft round Oz Trampoline in January 2016. Over the last year the zip has slowly deteriorated to the point now that all the teeth have fallen off, and the material holding the clips has also given way. I assumed we were out of warranty and ordered a new safety net last week, but now reading the comments above think perhaps not? so my two questions are:
1. Is there warranty still applied to our safety net - especially now that we've gone and purchased another one
2. I'm unsure if we have set the 'tunnel entrance' up correctly on the new net - I've searched your site and cant find specific directions/pictures regarding this. Can you point me in the right direction?

We do love our trampoline and apart from the closure issue its been fantastic!

thanks

Hi thanks for the questions, we have a 2 year warranty on our products and to claim you need to email us photos so we can view the issue. As I am unsure of your purchase details if you can email us at [email protected] we can send you out the instructions for the net.

Thanks

Hi, Transit time is approximately 2-3 working days. The boxes are no longer than 1.3m long. Quite well flat packed, no higher than 30cm and 40cm wide.

Purchasing for my grand baby she will be one but mum and dad would be on with her until she is a little older size is not a concern as large yard. I have heard that lots of trampolines with large weight capacity unsuitable for small children. which of you trampolines would you suggest?

OZ T.Oz Trampolines

Hi,

We recommend starting at a 10ft trampoline as this will allow mum and dad to be on the trampoline with their child (200kg weight capacity). And this is a great size for a toddler to grow in to and get plenty of use out of. Anything larger is a bonus for more space and logevity of use, but the 10ft would be more than suitable for at least 7-10 years.

Is this suitable for two 4 year olds at a time? We are restricted to the 8 foot because of the size of our backyard.

Hi an 8ft trampoline is suitable for smaller children like yours and would provide many many hours of fun and laughter for all the family

Our four kids have great fun in our 12fter so i would think the 8 fter should be good for two :-)

My 2 1/2 year old grandson has a great time on his 10 foot. Great for co-0ordination. My other three grandsons have the 12 foot and all play together. Great buy for any age.

is this suitable for a 12 to 13 year old?

Hi Kerry - yes, in terms of weight capacity it takes up to 140kg comfortably. It is a smaller trampoline, with a great bounce. If your child was wanting to get adventurous and attempts flips and acrobatic tricks you may like to think about something with a bit more surface area, if you have the room for it. It would be suitable for only one child at a time.

Hello Kerry
As per Oz Trampoline response you may want to look for next size up. We have the 8ft which is great for 3-9yr olds.

I'm looking to buy replacement safety pads as the ones we currently have (pretty sure not from you) get water logged any time it rains and even a week since it last rained they leak water all over the trampoline so my daughter gets off soaked - which in turn leads to her not using it very often....how water proof/resistant are your safety pads? Thanks

Summit Round 8ft

Can the 8 ft be used inside? we have a large kids room, but no backyard space.

Hi it would depend on the ceiling height of the room and if there would be high enough that the children wouldn't hit their head while bouncing

Sharon

I don’t see why not, it should fit under a normal roof, and kids would be very unlikely to jump higher than the netting.

We have a limited front yard of grass as high trees but have large gentle sloping concrete large area in backyard. Which is safer for a tramoline. Is an 8ft trampoline too small for a tenyear old and five year old to lay on. ? Thxs leonie

OZ T.Oz Trampolines

Hi Leonie,
If your able to accommodate in size a 10ft I feel it would suit better, especially in the long run. Depending on how low the trees are at the front I would put it on the grass, rather than the concrete area.
