Trampoline is excellent, 8ft fits nicely in our backyard and easily takes 4-5 children at once. Have had the trampoline since Christmas and no wear and tear or rips. We have a roof on ours and it has survived storms and strong winds and provides great cover from the harsh Perth summer sun. My kids (3 & 1) love it and I'm sure they will for years to come.

Ordered over the phone a week and a half out from Christmas and received within a couple of days. Great customer service. Easy to set up (slight struggle to connect frame together...best to use two males for this part!). Loved the fact that this product comes with a "Just in case" kit (spare parts). Best part is the kids love it!

We were looking for an affordable trampoline for our two kids and came across the many positive reviews about Oz Trampolines. The company was fantastic to deal with and delivery was very fast. Only problem is the net under our trampoline is slightly too small and our cat can still quite easily climb in under the tramp. But the kids love it and we are very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend.

We bought the 8ft round model for our small backyard - our young children love it! It's great exercise for me too! We've had it for 5 months now and so far we are very happy with it. The service and delivery were excellent, especially as we ordered it at peak time - just before Christmas.

We really like the quality and the attention to detail on these trampolines. For example the clamps for the poles, the closed tops of the surrounding net and the no-rip netting. The installation is quite easy, and while I don't recommend it, one person can installed it :-) The service over the phone was polite and clear, and when I went to pick it up, it was ready for loading into my car at the time I specified. Thanks for a good experience!

After researching online, I purchased an oztrampolines tramp for Christmas. Living in a small townhouse I actually did call up the customer service team to confirm how much space I actually would need around it, and then went ahead and purchased online. I ordered a couple of months in advance to make sure they had stock for my delivery for Christmas. It arrived the day I requested it to. My husband and FIL assembled by torchlight Christmas Eve. All bits were there, and it was relatively easy, done in under 2 hours.

We purchased this trampoline as a Christmas present for our 2 year old, and she absolutely loves it! The shapes and different colours are great and being able to get it in a girly pink colour was a bonus! I looked around a fair bit before purchasing but living in Darwin, Northern Territory the cost of freight is ridiculous so Oz Trampolines were fantastic with free delivery Australia Wide, yes we did pay more than K-Mart and Target but you can't put a price on quality. Our tramp fits snuggly up under our verandah which keeps it safe from the wild Territory weather during the wet season. Overall I am a very happy customer....money well spent!

This is a Great trampoline, it was easy to install after review of the instructions (this is important ), installed also on my own though would be easier for most to do with a helper, it was a quick simple delivery, great customer service, good quality mat and fixings - my son loves it.

The wrap around net that goes around the bottom of the trampoline (so people can't crawl under) is a tad too small.

While the trampoline and circus tent are great products that my children love, it is the customer service that really makes Oz Trampolines the company you want to buy from. Their warranty is great and no quibble. We've owned the trampoline and tent for a year and are still very happy with them. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery in under 14 hours from Melb to Sydney. Put together in one hour. I would advise to watch the video as it will give better insight in how to assemble it well. The cushion around the other edges are thick and well padded. The rods are held by two cushions which is good.

My 8 foot trampoline arrived very quickly and I had my daughter jumping on it the same afternoon I started assembling it. I hop on with her for a combined weight of 100kgs and it goes really well. Much spring-e-er than the spring-less ones and makes a big difference if you're a bit heavier. Great for safety and fun. The numbers/colors/shapes on the mat are a great addition for learning.

Fast delivery, and everything as it should be. Construction took a little bit of force in some areas, but nothing too unexpected. Quality is fantastic and our son loves it. The included cover and base net are worth while extras. The instructions for the base net didn't make it clear whether the net should place inside or outside the legs, but it only fits completely around the base one way.
The main net sits in front of the support poles, stopping the kids swinging or hanging on them.
Instructions for the base area net were a little confusing.

I couldn't get the size I wanted, they were out of stock before Xmas, so get in early. The trampoline is excellent, my grandson loves it, he loves the colours and shapes on the mat. The trampoline is very sturdy and well constructed, although took awhile to build. Very happy with it though, would buy another one.

We purchased the 8ft trampoline and could not be happier. The roof is great and the kids had a great time on Christmas day . It is the perfect size for our small backyard and the quality is excellent. Delivery was prompt, staff helpful on the phone. I would highly recommend this high quality product. The weight limit is higher on this 8ft trampoline compared with others the same size. We all Love it . Thank you for a great product.
