We went with OZ trampolines due to the extra weight limits. We have a small backyard and couldn't get a bigger one. The weight limit allows us to play appropriately with the children. Great quality, great service. Easy to put together and very prompt delivery. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

I was finding it difficult to find a good quality trampoline at a decent price in the department stores in Perth. I looked online & Oz Trampolines stood out with their variety, accessories, quality, design & cost. I was wanting a package with the shade cover & tent, when I called to enquire I was offered a great deal and it arrived super quick just in time for Christmas!

i have found this a great product, speedy delivery & all parts included. The only issue I had was the tool to stretch the mat fell apart after half the mat was done so had to make up my own tool but got the job done & my 6yo loves it. Great purchase.

We love it, the circus tent we purchased with the trampoline allows our 3 and 4 year old kids to play anytime of the day and still be protected from the sun which is perfect as we live in Queensland! So many hours of fun, its great, We love it!

We have to take the circus tent down in severe winds so the trampoline doesn't launch off down the street, but aside from that there is nothing wrong with this product!

I purchased an oz trampoline after reading many reviews, i have found it was easy to installment is much better quality then one you find at target or big w. Shipping was free, and price was good. We like the numbers on the mat they are good for helping the kids learn.

What a strong sturdy product and so easy to put together, nice tight fitted nett too. I went off the you tube videos and it made it so easy. Your customer service is fantastic. 1 person (me a femal) put up in about in 2 hours. Thank you oz trampoline for this wonderful product.

We wanted a pink trampoline for our daughters 1st birthday and chose to deal through OzTrampolines for their fantastic pricing and delivery charges. Once the order was placed we were advised there was going to be a hold up as they were waiting on delivery of stock. We explained we were hoping to have it for our daughters birthday but we were okay with the delay. One of the sales team phoned us the next day and had managed to orgainse for us to get our product in time!! We were more then thankful, they really went out of their way to make our daughters day. She absolutely loves her trampoline and insists on getting on it everyday wind, rain or shine!! Thank you Oz Trampolines!
inexpensive, easy to assemble, safe!

The delivery was quick, assembly was easy enough. I found a scratch mark on the mat (it was just a mark, not a tear), took picture and emailed OZ Trampolines, they sent me a new mat within days and said I could keep the old one. The service is excellent, the trampoline is good value.

The padding is water resistant but not waterproof (I didn't know there was a difference between the two terms), suggest OZ trampoline make it waterproof for future products.

I had the same experience as Fleur_Vardanega - bought the 14ft, found it was way too big, had a new one and a refund for the difference within days. Fantastic service.

Easy to assemble for 1 person

I purchased a trampoline for my granddaughter for christmas. It arrived promptly and when my husband and son went to put it together they found that it was way to big for the backyard. I contacted the company and they advised me how to repack the large trampoline and ship it back to them. They then replaced the large trampoline with one that is the appropriate size and sent a refund of the balance paid. The staff were very helpful and assisted me to sort out my problem. We have one very happy little girl and I would highly recommend OzTrampolines to everyone.

None - would love the ladder to have wider steps so toddlers have much easier and safer access.

We are so impressed with the 8ft trampoline. Very strong and sturdy. Not flimsy like others you see on market. Service excellent and delivery very prompt. We did have some parts missing, however rang company directly and they were delivered next day from VIC to NSW. Very impressed. My son won't stay off it !!!
