Since purchasing our trampoline our children 5 and 19 months are asking to go outside to jump on the trampoline. It has brought so much excitement to them. Thank you. Set up was easy and completed in very short time. Can't recommend your trampolines any higher. I will be letting all my friends know where to get best quality and value for money.

I bought the 8ft with princess tent for my 3 year old. I'm in my40s and put it up by myself. Very easy instructions although the only part that needed two people or more muscle power was putting the last piece of the circle from together (one of the early steps). Instructions easy to follow took me around 3 hours then and extra 45 mins for the princess tent. Little one has not seen it yet but I'm sure she will be excited. I am sooooo please with this product and its value for money. Also got the games pack included although unsure what to really do with this.

Excellent product, easy to order, delivered promptly with easy-to-follow installation instructions, our son loves it. Loved the 'just-in-case' pack of extras for if some smalk parts were missing or lost. Love the excellent customer service and warranty: emailed Oz Trampolines on a Sunday with a product issue & photos, received an email response by 9am on Monday informing me that replacement part had been dispatched!

We bought this trampoline for our kids birthday and it's great. Ordering was easy and delivery time was fast. The trampoline was easy to assemble and is sturdy and good quality. Highly recommend. They love playing on it and has a high weight capacity for the grown ups to have a turn!

I bought this trampoline just before Christmas 2015 for my young boys. It was delivered quickly and we were impressed with the quality. It came with everything you need that we did not even think of (ladder, netting around the base, balls for extra games etc). So glad we purchased this product and not the cheaper ones available at the big stores.

We bought a month before Christmas and it was delivered within a couple of days. The quality is excellent and the “Just in case” kit which includes a spare of each part is an excellent idea to avoid Christmas Eve setup disappointment. The 8ft is perfect for our 4 year old and 2 year old in our narrow backyard.

Everything about this company and product is 5 star. We layby'd before Christmas and the staff were so helpful about getting it delivered and set up for Christmas. We chose oz trampolines over other brands (some that were cheaper) because of 3 main reasons, the weight capacity, the warranty & the customer service. We found it very easy to set up & the kids all love it. The 8ft fits perfectly in our small pagola.

The time it took to get delivered from the day I ordered this product was impressive. Also nothing was missing and the quality was excellent. Got it for 3 active boys! gets used everyday! Components are top quality.
Assembly takes 2 people, with one being very strong to get the springs on. My hubby used the end of one spring to put on another otherwise we would not have got them on. Might be a tip you could add to the assembly instructions as once we started doing that, the springs went on easily.
Bounces well, pads are good quality. Have had for 3 months now, will be interesting how it is in 12months!
Happy with all aspects of communication and delivery.

Overall this is a good product and goes together quite well . Only improvement I could see is the bolts for the figure 8 clamps are a bit short making them hard to put on . I used a G clamp to assist . Other than that excellent tramp .

The trampoline is made of hi-quality parts. Very sturdy, easy to install with lots of added parts and accessories. The dome roof is great for providing all day shade and has withstand heavy rain and wind.
Didn't need to contact support so can't comment on customer service.
Compared to our previous cheap K-mart style trampoline this is far more superior and worth the money.

2 days before xmas, found the mat was manufactured one spring buckle short. (Lots of springs on it so can understand they might occasionally miss one...)
Made a call. Took photo. SMS'd it. New mat arrived first thing xmas eve, not 24 hrs later!
Highly recommend both company and product!

Given our small back garden, this was the perfect size for our toddlers. Delivered within 3 days of ordering, with easy to follow instructions & great little bonus games. Also love the detail of the pockets in the lower netting for shoes. Wouldn't hesitate to order or recommend Oz Trampolines.

Tried to order a circus tent for 8ft trampoline it has on the picture hidden out of stock all the number to order to be told they're not making them any more. So why advertise very upset kids now not happy at all and will never shop here again and will be telling people about this

Our trampoline was delivered the next day after placing the order. Easy to follow instructions, took about 2 hours to install. We also purchased the basketball set, kids haven't left the backyard.
