Outstanding Service
After doing a bit of online research, I decided Ozzy Tyres was the way to go. The store was easy to find. The team (Wazza) assisted me in all my enquires and provided some professional advice. Awesome job guys keep the good work up.

Excellent Service
I went to Hoxton park store last Saturday to have 5 rims fitted to my car and I cannot speak highly enough about their service any questions I had they were very helpful with their answers the staff there were excellent and when someone ask me about getting wheels or tyres I would certainly recommend Ozzy tyres

Good product
Service was good,happy with the shaz rims and tyres all good but I ask when the photo gonna be loaded?they will be up by and of week but nothing, my car not good enough for you page.

Hassla Jacques on my GTi
Had the boys at Ozzy Tyres hook me up with a new set of Hussla Jacques on my white VW GTi Mk7
Really completed the Euro sports look.
Black on White with the the red accents and their new red center caps are spot on.
Fitment is perfect on my car.
Props to the guys for these new additions to their range.
Couldn't be happier.

Couldnt supply tyres apparently due to no stock. Tyres are listed on their site at a higher price.
I ordered and paid for 4 tyres listed as "in stock". Two days later I receive a call saying they are out of stock but for additional $ amount a different tyre could be supplied. I declined and asked for a refund. Two days later still no refund and no contact by Customer Service regarding the refund.
The tyres they said are "out of stock" are now listed on the site as "in stock" but at a higher price. It may have been just a simple mistake by them or it could be common practice to cancel orders for items listed at a good price and ask for an ad...Read more
ditional amount once payment has been received? Either way I am left waiting for a refund and wont have new tyres for my family car this week. I sent Customer Service an email today (Sunday) and expect a reply tomorrow with the refund. If not received I will have to chase them via phone calls and additional emails. If it takes less than 24 hours to receive payment I expect a refund to be conducted in the same time frame. Not a happy customer.4 comments
I initiated a refund through PayPal and phoned OzzyTyres this morning because I had not received any correspondence from them regarding the credit. The amount was then refunded via PayPal.

We had a big sale and unfortunately some products sell out. Our stock is updated online the next day. We notified you and informed you. I am sorry that you missed out. The refund process was put to place and was refunded through Pay Pal.
I'm sure your aware of "Bait Advertising" and know its illegal in Australia.

Ripped off customer
I am changing my review to 1 star from 5 as i just realised i was ripped off. I did not bother to check the tyres when i got them. I was told the monsta tyres i got for my ute are all terrain but a friend of mine recently told me they are not and i can now confirm they are not all terrain. But i paid for the all terrain tyres. I do not recommend anyone to go to ozzy tyres. Save your money and avoid going to them.
