Scammers don’t go near them
Bought a tv and was told it was carton damage, when delivered found it was repaired and had been used with scratches. Demanded my money back within 24hours and they wouldn’t pay scammers should be shut down

I will never buy anything from them again
I will never buy anything from them again.
I paid $3800 for a TV meant to only have carton damage and it had a dead pixel on it. The thing was a demo. They claimed it had warranty on it when I purchased it, but now refused to honour it. She offered me $150 and when I refused it as I said I wanted it fixed or exchanged she got all rude and refused the warranty.
I should have read reviews before hand.
I will be taking further action.
I will not deal with them. I wish I was warned.

Hopeless
I purchased two PVR's from them. They never arrived. I checked on the website and it says that my order is on hold. I contact them and they say that I cancelled the order. I didn't. The product I purchased was never available and they just forgot to give me back my >$325.

Good service and product
I found that stores in PR and I was kinda curious about it. I came to the shop in Rockdale and had a talk with these salesman there last week. I realized that a lot of people came to the shop without any questions or research about 2nd factory product before buying stuffs in here. I met Daniel and Leo there and they guided me a lot about the 2nd factory products and their services. Before I came home, I grabbed a OLED 65" TV there with a visible scratch when I turn it off. Not a bad deal.
Tips for buyer: Lets have a chat and discuss with salesman before buying, do some research about 2nd factory products. Cheers and all the best.

Sold second hand soundbar as new
I just paid 1000 dollars cash for a "new" soundbar after seeing it on Gumtree. It retails for 1500 so it sounded like a good deal. I am an AV engineer for a living. The box was damaged and had been taped back up as it was previously opened. Every single speaker, of which there are 4 including the soundbar, has scratches from obvious use. The metal grill on the soundbar was dinged and even had white paint on it. I had a missing cable, second hand scratched up remote, just awful shonky second hand being sold as new. law and from other reviews, they seem to be getting away with it. Well, I am taking it back tomorrow for a cash refund. If I have any issues I will be immediately going to the authorities. This is fraudulent and actually a criminal offence. Let's hope it doesn't come to that, but if it does I'll pm all you guys who had the same problem. Let's get them shut down.1 comment
So the 3 days passed, no refund was given, was told they would get back to me shortly about it and heard nothing since. Taking them to court and have reported to ACCC

Terrible Service and products
I purchased a brand new fridge, a TV and a washing machine 15 months ago. All of them are giving us trouble. Fridge suddenly stopped working today and washing machine does not work properly.
Don't buy anything from P and S. They are crap

Paid $2300 for a NEW fridge As advertised and freight to my state. I needed that particular size fridge. I paid to have it freighted to my state.
It arrived mouldy, food debris, broken, dents, blamed everyone else but, the courier had ongoing photos to prove that's how it was received from them and without a doubt secondhand!
Would not assist me in any form.
They were belligerent, rude, aggressive, and disgusting to deal with!
I took them to court, (VCAT) and won!
It cost me money and time but it was worth it!...Read more

Returning customer
I have always received great service from these guys. Purchased a couple of tvs for my business. Since then have purchased a deep freezer and a gas oven for my new job. I've always been greeted and treated like a loyal customer and have found the prices to be better than the bigger outlets.

Was asked to leave the store - Rude and Aggressive!!

Dont go in and ask them if they would have items in stock something they have them on their website 'available' but not displayed, you will be asked to leave.
Worst customer service, very rude, not only was he loud and rude but the spectators had to hold the owner of the shop back, was about to attack, very very very aggressive!!
Need to be trained about customer service.

Sold as new delivered factory seconds
Attended the kogarah store enquiring about a 75 inch tv. My exact words to the sales person, "Is this tv brand new in the box unopened" sales person replied, Yes its brand new. Purchased the tv which arrived a couple of days later with no strapping on the box. Once opened the legs were scratched, with no supporting strips on the tv screen. Returned the tv sales person stated "Oh there must have been some confusion this is factory seconds". He stated he will not issue a full refund as the tv was shipped stating "My shipping guy will loose out". ...Read more
Had an argument and was informed i will be issued a refund in 3 business days. I questioned as to why I would not be credited on the credit card stating, "This machine does not allow it". Three days later no refund attended store sales person attempted to sell the same tv 5% cheaper. Was informed I will be issued a refund in another three days. Had to print documentation from ACCC informing the sales person I was to be issued a full refund including feight. A total of 7 business days I was issued a full refund. I just wish it was sorted out with out going to NSW Fair Trading. It would of saved me alot of stress for our family. In the end, I am happy with the outcome.
