Sent my THAI wife for a no gap scale and clean. Comes home with $500.00 of work done and no scale and clean. Our normal dentist had commented before how good her teeth were. They did three fillings, makes one wonder as she eats no sweets and only had one filling before. Don't go there. Our normal dentist at NARRAWEENA is tooth sparkler. I should have read the reviews. What is my health fund doing, don't they read reviews.

Had an appointment for 5:30 pm arrived 10 minutes early only to find them closed, checked my confirmation email again defiantly right time and date. Very annoyed was not even contacted, and no one answered when I tried to call the store and even head office number. I had to move things around to make this appointment, if they had to close for some reason they should of contacted any appointments to reschedule.

I had an extremely severe toothache. Panadeine Forte from the doctor was not working. It was a Sunday so I rang Pacific smiles and they were so fantastic. They fitted me in that day. Dr A Wahab was so kind, reassuring and professional and she fixed my problem. The dental nurses could not have been nicer. Thank you so much to Pacific Smiles at Marrickville Metro. I would highly recommend them.

I want to Helensvale Dentist in October, 2018. After 2 months sent 3 mesages via correct site to ask about my Velocity points. No response. Checked each time with Helensvale to confirm I had corect dates and they had correct details. Eventually sent two emails to their Head Office. No response, not even an acknowledgment of receipt of my email. Rude, and obviously not trained or coached by any decent PR staff. No respnse to polite emails - either understaffed or no PR training or enjoying tne benefits of Veloccity Rewards patients who book and have treatment in good faith without Pacific Smiles honouring their commitment. .

Dr Celeste at Warringah Mall was totally professional, gentle and thorough and I am very happy to recommend Pacific Smiles. The complete service from booking to check out was convenient and efficient.

The dentist I saw at Jesmond was experienced and thorough and provided me with unbiased options to my questions. Very happy with the service. The office and online booking was convenient and efficient.

[name removed] was a terrible dentist. He was rough in my teeth, hurt my gum, sealed my decayed teeth without cleaning them properly causing more pain. Her would never forget to upsell crown though, which is the most profitable part of these business! Atrocious! Don't go there.

I had to extract my wisdom tooth today (Sunday), so my wife and I drove up from Goulburn as there were no dentists working in Goulburn on Sundays.

Dr. Ravi was very friendly and he was professional. He made me feel comfortable although I was a bit stressed. The rates were also very reasoable compared to any other private dental care.

Had issues with my wisdom tooth, no Room in my mouth for it to grow, swelling was minimal per doctors request i got an appointment next day a couple days after Christmas, was there on time, in on time and it took not 10 minutes, instructions were clear and the procedure was done perfectly, no pain and barely and discomfort, been keeping to instructions and it's healing just fine, couldn't be happier with the result as i assumed it was going to be a big hassle.

I booked for a check up and clean. I filled in the new patient form. Writing down my medical history and all my current medications. Dentist didn’t discuss any of that or ask if I wanted them to look at anything in particular. Teeth clean felt like it was done quickly and not thoroughly enough. I also have a couple of chipped teeth which they didn’t show any interest in helping me fix them in a future appointment. Lucky my health insurance was paying. $320 x rays and not even 30 minutes. I haven’t been in a long time as I’ve never had a positive experience. Today just added to that. I won’t be going to pacific Smiles again. I’ll be going elsewhere to get my chipped teeth looked at.

-Booked my second filling for the year in December
-asked them if possible for earlier date as it might get risky in case it gets postponed but was assured 'should not be a problem'
-come on the appointment date got a call an hour earlier saying doctor has left and need to reschedule next year as no appointment available in the current year
-asked them if there was anything can be done as if it gets done next year I lose $300 on my annual limit but was advised nothing can be done. I was ready with a different doctor as well.

This was my second time in this dental clinic and looks like will not be coming for the third one.

Had teeth cleaned and xrays taken at Lake Haven clinic - dispute re charge and 2 messages left with no response. Unlikely to go again. If they cant be bothered. . Neither can i.

I was just doing teeth clean in this store and then dentist persuaded me to do teeth filling, my teeth had small decay but actually I didn’t feel any pain, dentist guaranteed me if I don’t do filling now, my teeth will end with root canal. Then I did filling and after that my teeth started to have pain and my jaw experienced constant sore, even after one month, this discomfort did not go away. I tried to re-visit same dentist twice but not helpful, she could not do anything. Afterwards, tried to call store to connect to store manager several times, but every time I was told manager is not in store. They created pain to patient’s teeth and not even tried to resolve it.

Never will visit this dentist clinic (and network of clinics) ever again. I filled a front tooth after feeling very uncomfortable I returned to have it looked at. The dentist shortened the front tooth and now I have uneven front teeth which looks ugly and will need a $1000+ veneer to fix it. I was even charged on my second visit to have the tooth looked at!

Update 27.11.18 Emailed [email protected] two week ago, but no response at all.

I have seen Dr Paul Brogan at Pacific Smiles in Nowra a few times. Recently I chose to have all my old amalgam fillings out and replaced with composite ones. I thought this would be a huge endeavor and very expensive but Dr Paul and his assistant did all seven in an hour and without needles (I hate needles) and Medibank covered a chunk of it. I recommend everyone gets a quote for this which Dr Paul was happy to provide when I had my regular check and clean.

My tooth had been monitored by my regular dentist at WAGGA WAGGA at regular check ups and was advised of small fill now will be needed. Fill appointment was booked in with another dentist as my regular dentist was on Mat leave. Other dentist advised only option was root canal or extraction - before he had even looked in my mouth! I questioned the new diagnosis without any proper answer. How can this happen??? He never even took a new xray or viewed the tooth but somehow had decided a small fill had become an extract. I declined treatment and will never ever go back there.

Today I went to Pacific Smiles at Tuggerah, and saw Dr Ameet Hira. He is the best dentist I've ever had in the 20 years I've been in Australia. He is very professional, friendly and put me at ease, explaining everything in detail to me. I am very happy with the service I received and will return to see Dr Hira when ever I need to visit a dentist.

I was very Happy with my first visit to Tuggerah Pacific Smiles, They were on time . The reception ladies were pleasant . I was very nervous however the Dentist and the assistant worked with me and my nerves . Dr Dino was approachable and happy to talk about my teeth . He was gentle and reassuring. I can't think of anything but good things to say about my experience . thank you pacific smiles .
