Changing over to Pennytell was quick, easy and painless,. I am more than happy with the coverage, the data speed is not a concern to me as i am not into social media or such. All good, a very happy customer.

price for data is compatible with competition, however, it is missing the data bank option where unused data rolls over to the next month... come on Penytel and MNF you can do it!

I am a new customer of Pennytel. It is an excellent service. The coverage has not dropped out. It is about 75% cheaper than Telstra and I've yet to fully use my monthly limit (I was always going over with Telstra). One of the best decisions I've ever made.

I have now had pennytel for around 4 months after switching from Telstra and still everything is working fine. You are the first company that sends out a "thank you " for payment of the monthly account AAA+++ on that !!. If anything i would like a little bit more internet capacity, I'm currently on your highest level ( 20 Gb's ) and maybe 30 would be better, i just have to watch my usage.

Very good service, is reliable however disappointing as only 2 bars and using Telstra lines I expected better.
Would like access to 1900 numbers for competitions, no real issues or dropouts that I’ve experienced

I switched from Telstra because it was simply too expensive for my needs. Pennytel service provides more for less plus it was a simple process to speak to a person, rather than an annoying robot

Have yet to experience a drop out. Now that my nbn is down I rely on my phone more and it is up to the job of browsing at acceptable speeds.

Well, I was hesitant to start with to join. After all the price seemed too good to be true. After fact finding (great customer service) I decided to give Pennytel a go. Awesome. I am so happy I did. As long as they keep up good service (technical and personal), I give thumbs up.

Network coverage has been great with only a momentary dropout in the high hills. Data download speeds more than adequate. Thank you for the always prompt, polite and professional people at Pennytel when speaking on the phone.

Network coverage is every bit as good as Telstra. No coverage or dropout issues.
I have found the Data download speeds to be perfectly adequate (again every bit as good as Telstra)
And the bonus is I am saving over $1,300 a year compared to my previous provider (Telstra).

Very happy with the reception we live in a country area and get full service, very helpful, also we are saving money half price of our other provider, Thanks Pennytell.

reception seems good when I am in Sydney which is so convenient as with previous both my brother and I would need to run around the house to and garden to get reception

Since switching to Pennytel I have saved money and now have better coverage. It’s a great low cost service - I went from paying $40 to $24.99 a month and getting better coverage.

Coverage is very good No dropouts, no problems and good to know you keep in touch with your customers Thank-you .Very hard to believe that we are getting better deals than we did with another company and first class service

Great low cost services that provides great coverage and easy managed account. Data downloading is easy quick and effective I work a lot in western tasmania and it is still verry good network coverage.

This is a VERY good service, plenty of coverage, no dropouts etc. I don't need a lot of data so this is PERFECT for me. I went from paying $39 a month(Telstra) to paying just $11 a month. If you don't need a lot of data this is perfect.

Every thing so far has been A1,very happy with everything,half the cost of previous carrier.Great ap for keeping track of usage etc with more than enough data for my usage.

no idea about network coverage and dropouts as i only have a 4G flip phone and just use it for emergencies,so that is all i have to say on this topic!

My Data speeds are excellent for what I use my phone for and the network coverage is awesome making my phone work in more places then it ever did with my former service provider, eg like shoping centers and underground carparks and remote rural areas. Never had a dropout yet. Very happy customer.
