Fourteen days ago I ordered a product listed as "in stock". Obviously as I am writing this the goods have not arrived. I have sent repeated texts to his mobile with one reply telling me to be patient and wait for the post to do their job...Bu**S**T. I have tried to use his email and even that does not work, so here I am making a public complaint. I am convinced he is trading insolvent, a very serious crime. I will be taking my submission to Consumer Affairs. The only good part of this sorry tale is I paid with Paypal and in 16 days I will begin getting my money back.
This man is a blight on society.

2 weeks from placing order and no communication, sent 2 emails with No Reply.
Rang Up only to be hung up on.
After starting Paypal claim he cancelled my order but did not give a refund.
Had to wait for paypal to get my money back.
I do not understand why someone would do this to people.
Seems to be a common story with this seller.

Just like Brad I too had exactly the same experience!
This guy is a thief plain and simple.
My fuel pump didn't arrive either for weeks, no replies, no answering my phone calls nothing... but it (may finally) be at the post office 3500 kilometers away from home.
He just has no idea of the inconvenience he causes people, you know his customers.
In the end he emailed me and said go pick up your bloody parcel and leave
Had to open a case with Consumer Affairs.
Just unbelievable!
Absolutely do not buy anything at all from this fraud!

When he finally replied to my emails he more or less told me to stop whining and bothering him, I have NEVER had such rude service from any business like this before. His response was to calm down as there toy planes! This guy is a fraud and should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. As others have said, I wish I had read this site before I placed an order. He blames Australia post and messages in his junk mail box which were sent through his own system?. Has no interest in helping the customer and resolving non delivery of goods.
His site says order dispatched but nothing turns up. DONT DEAL WITH PETE N PLANES end of story.

Based on my experience, all of the previous reports are fully plausible.
No communication, Items claimed to be in stock are not. Takes money. Charges a fortune for delivery. When you get lucky enough for him to reply he is Rude abrasive and generally a total nonsense.
Stay away from him at all costs.

Just asked for an ETA on what I ordered. Got told to stay away basically !

I purchased an reasonable expensive item through his online store which was market 'in stock' at what seemed a fair price given prices from over seas stores.
The next day I was emailed saying their might be a currency adjustment to due the falling AUD. He then cancelled my order and re quoted at new price 40% higher!! Not even a simple apology given.
Total waste of time.
Buy somewhere else.

Takes your money. You never get the goods. He wont answer his phone. He won't return messages or answer emails...... Said goods have been shipped but cannot/won't give you a tracking number. Blocks you from his website....Won't give you your money back either....Don't believe a word this guy says....Dodgy dealer that should not be allowed to trade........

Ordered a conversion kit for ignition (CDI).. received same only to find part missing ?? Sent e.mail requesting explanation, and was informed that the pack was sent as received from supplier.. This bloke doesn't check goods before he sends them, or worse still thinks we are d...heads. Now I am waiting to find out how he will rectify problem... better not expect me to pay additional postage IF part ever surfaces. I was warned about ordering from him..should have listened! Anyway consumer affairs may be in the spotlight if he tries to screw me over. Will take a lot to convince me to deal with him again

He took my money, didn't ship the goods, refused to answer emails and phone calls. When I posted negative reviews on his Facebook page he had them removed, blocked me and sent legally threatening correspondence. He claimed he sent the goods but refused to provide any details on the method used. He tried to tell me I had incorrectly entered my address.
Avoid Pete-n-Planes at all costs!

This guy [name removed] is nothing but a waste of time.. Purchased with express mail, took 5 days to receive wrong item. I live about 20km from his stated location!!! He will not answer his mobile phone (only contact # provided), will not answer e-mails.. He miraculously doesnt sell the hobbywing led electric car program card anymore.. he sent me one for a nitro i think, didnt even open, i can see through packaging its wrong. He has now deleted my account from his site petenplanes, but I hope PayPal can still help.. Shame, shame,shame!!
Wish I had read one of these before I made my purchase with him.

Lengthy delivery, he sent wrong item, will not communicate. Waste of money.
