BPA hasn't been a concern with our products for quite some time already. Any part that get in touch with food is completely BPA free.

Hi there, I love my Philips HR7769 and use it almost every day for a variety of for preparation needs. Unfortunately I damaged the centre clear plastic lid you put on the blender and now have lost the seal for the blender. Have had to go back to my old sunbean which isn't nearly as good. Can I get replacement parts / replacement blender from somewhere?

No. its a blender basically plus veg n fruits chopper. To make batter I think you should buy one with grinder.

Is there any place where I can get a replacement food processor bowl? For some reason the plastic has melted off or like it's scratched and like sort of peeling off. I can't use it now as I don't want to risk having plastic mixed into the food.

I currently have Russell Hobbs food processor and it is so noisy it scares my baby and makes him cry!! Trying to find an alternative. Is this food processor particularly noisy? I would like one that I can use without worrying bubs!
