Very disappointing
Pathetic battery life. Died after just over 1 year of use (purchased Apr 2017). Googling this issue confirms the problem is widespread. I paid over $250 AUD for this brush, which did clean well when it worked. Btw, Phillips expects you to have an engineering degree to change out the battery.

Extended warranty from Customer Care and excellent customer service
Definitely brush and clean better than conventional toothbrush. Very good vibration from the brush. Each charge can last 2 weeks at least, which is good if doing a short trip. Fancy charging glass. No complains here.

Toothbrush shoes fully charged. Button is working, no vibration. Tried resetting, no joy. It looks like it’s broken. Very disappointed as this is the most expensive toothbrush I ever spent. Will like to hear if anyone has this issue?

Good toothbrush but doesn’t last
I bought one of these on advice from my dentist. It’s a good toothbrush but my first one died within a year & was replaced under warranty. Well less than a year later, the replacement one has died. Both had the same issuw, they wouldn’t recharge. This toothbrush is too expensive for that to happen. I wouldn’t recommend it.
