I bought one three years ago and still in a very good condition. Bought a new one during this year sale. I just love it so so much. Hopefully this product always continues.

Very disappointing

published

Pathetic battery life. Died after just over 1 year of use (purchased Apr 2017). Googling this issue confirms the problem is widespread. I paid over $250 AUD for this brush, which did clean well when it worked. Btw, Phillips expects you to have an engineering degree to change out the battery.

Good toothbrush but doesn’t last

published

I bought one of these on advice from my dentist. It’s a good toothbrush but my first one died within a year & was replaced under warranty. Well less than a year later, the replacement one has died. Both had the same issuw, they wouldn’t recharge. This toothbrush is too expensive for that to happen. I wouldn’t recommend it.
