I have done the TAE40116, the instructor (Helen) was very good and hands-on. Being myself new in the vocational sector, she provided invaluable support and advice during and extra class. In the last unit the other instructor (Mary-Ann) gave me sharp feedback on my presentation skills, which was quite important even that I had over 10 years experience in teaching. I managed to get a position less than a month after concluding the course, and the fact that it was done at Pinnacle positively counted at the interview. The employer knew who they were, the high-quality standard of the courses and the trainers.

Applied for CSQ funding. It was approved. Course should have only cost $14. Was told I needed to pay the full price upfront and then I would be reimbursed. After multiple phone calls I am yet to be refunded. It’s been nearly 3 months.

Booked for the TAELLN411 course, the whole team at Pinnacle are very friendly helpful and professional, I would recommend Pinnacle Training to anyone and if I need to do any other courses would not contemplate going anywhere else, thanks everyone at Pinnacle.

Booked an asbestos course. Company will not release certificate as white card they say is too old. well why wasnt we told when making the booking. this has been a very expensive exercise

I have called Pinnacle twice in attempting to book a forklift licence course. On both occasions I have been told I would be called back but these calls never happened. Poor customer service! Do they not want customers?
I have since called a competitor and received a fast and and friendly booking.

After I had started my course I quickly found things took a turn for the worse. The unbelievable lack of support and inability to speak directly with a trainer or anyone relevant to my course will certainly deter me from undertaking any further training with this RTO. Following requests for assistance their was no guidance provided having to seek advice and support external to this RTO. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Pinnacle Safety And training cancelled my course at 3:30 pm on Friday. The course was Monday. All arranged accommodation, had already started driving up from Melbourne to Brisbane. Pre employment requirement to do the course. They really put me out and hurt my wallet and also put my employment in jeopardy.

A motivating teacher and intersting course that has introduced me to health and safety for the benefit of my me and work. A sometimes challenging but great course that has left a real impression!

I found the knowledge of product and approach taken by the presenter to be exceptional in keeping everyone engaged. What could have been a boring topic, made more exciting by Keen.

After needing to fly my son interstate booking a airline tickets and a hotel room the course was cancelled. We were notified while he was mid air in the late afternoon 3.08pm via email, leaving no time for us to re-arrange flights and hotels. After a significant financial loss I have been instructed to check their terms and conditions and offered only $150 compensation. I have no issue with the cancelled course my issue however is with the late notification. Extremely poor Customer service.

Completed the Course WHS Cert IV in Perth. Excellent trainer, great class dynamic, well set up and very well paced.

Recommend it to anyone who wants to complete this course.

Everything from enrolment to the end of the course flowed. Instructor Andy was engaging, knowledgeable and had lots of hands on real world experience. If I ever need to do any more courses and these guys run it, I will not look to go anywhere else.

Course contents and teachings were detailed, well analysed and easy to understand. Conscious efforts were made by the instructors to ensure each teaching session was very interesting and understandable to every participant.

The trainer was relaxed and confident with relevant and current industry knowledge, making it easy for us to learn and stay focused as all our questions were answered quickly and with relevant explanations. The trainer was professional and very easy to approach. The course was intense but our trainer was thorough and this helped make it manageable. The premises in Melbourne was clean and easily accessible with car parking just around the corner and cafes and good coffee close by. I am very happy I signed up for my course with Pinnacle!
