Planetary Mixmaster The Tasty One

Ive had a Sunbeam mixmaster for about 35 years. The cover on the wiring is staring to come adrift so I thought it was getting towards time to update, but overall the reviews are disappointing. Could you please advise if you have increased the quality, or made improvements, and if so what these improvements are? Im considering getting it repaired over getting a new one.

Hello J A H,
It's so wonderful to hear that you've had such a hard working Mixmaster for so many years! This Mixmaster is a new design and has only been in stores this year. Read more about the build and design here: https://www.sunbeam.com.au/Food-Preparation/Mixers/MXP3000BK-Planetary-Mixmaster-The-Tasty-One-Black.aspx

If you decide to repair your original Mixmaster, you can find your closest repair agent here: https://www.sunbeam.com.au/en/Service-Agent-Locator/?state=vic

Just noting - I have just decided to part with my 50 year old Mixmaster, not because it doesn't work, but because the levers for bowl size are unpredictable. The next one had better be good to match up!
