Persuaded into having pressure test on water pipes and paid $240 for less than 1 hour attendance on site! Of course no leaks detected!

The water heater is good but you can not reduce the temperture your self.
Just because I did not install the product with them. They did not answer properly a simple question they told me to see the one who installed the heater.

Turned up on time, got the job done with no fuss and it was done well. It would be great if businesses could open an account with Plumbdog though, having to pay with a credit card on the day is not easy for many businesses to do.

Had technician out to fix my faulty gas heater, he arrived the following morning on time as stated. He took the heater into the garage to avoid any mess in the house. Heater now runs better than ever, very happy...no mess in garage either!! Very happy with the service, will recommend to my friends.

Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We were in desperate need to have a toilet fixed as we are a training facility. Plumbdog acknowledged our desperation and had a plumber out and we were flushing in no time.

Technician was on time, polite, identified the source of noise from our gas storage heater and fixed it quickly.
He was considerate enough to remove his boots to prevent tramping dirt through the house.
I'm contacting them again when its time for a heater service.

Had a blocked main sewer and the guys were out quick fast and sorted it. Was easy to deal with and quick response.

Very punctual and communication re appt time etc was great . After a small hiccup we encountered, the problem was rectified quickly, which I appreciated. Very clean and job well done.
