Came out quickly and fixed burst pipe promptly. Gave estimate before fixing pipe. Good job done! Have used plum dog before. I would recommend them again.

Our plumber (Darius) attended earlier than first expected. He explained the costs before commencing and was thorough with the details. He really exceeded our expectations, was a very polite and friendly tradesperson. He fixed the problem and overall we are very happy.

My plumber (Nathan) arrived on time, was so friendly and polite, gave me a full run down of what he would do and how much it would cost. He fixed the problem, cleaned up perfectly afterwards and made sure I understood the payment options. Could not fault the his work. Well done to Plumbdog!

Called Plumdog out for a service on Mums gas heater, the technician arrived on time and was very professional, he explained what he would do and cost associated, he was very thorough. Mum was extremely pleased and wants me to call them back when the service is next due.

Darius was very efficient and thorough in assisting us with our drainage problem recently. He provided a comprehensive report to the Water Corp advising them that the problem was with the main line and not on our property. The sewerage pipes have now been relined by the WCorp at no cost and hopefully the problem has been resolved long term. Thanks Darius.

I had a insurance inspection carried out (by a builder and another plumber) for a claim that was rejected due to blocked drain pipe which i never fully trusted so i called Plumbdog out to inspect. With in 30 min the leak was found and as suspected not in a drain but in a pressure pipe. Leak fixed and report was written and the claim was then approved. Also took advantage of an inspection while they were here and found a metal flex pipe that was about to burst (showed the pipe to me before doing anything) so that was also done. One VERY happy customer

Shortly after a house of ours was put on the market, we noticed a water leak via the meter. Nathan at Plumbdog arrived confident with a 98% success rate of finding it. He did after 3 days, solving an unusual problem and redirected the mains. He had the place looking good and ready for an opening that weekend. Solved my problem in quick time. I was able to observe through the drain camera the high pressure water quickly cut away a blocking tree root ball. I was very happy with the service and friendly plumber. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Removed old and fitted two new toilet suites (already purchased), pleased with result but a bit overpriced for a couple of hours work $500+, i'm thinking of changing profession.
