Good trampoline but difficult process
Bought a trampoline for my daughter as a Christmas present based on some feedback I had about Premier Trampolines. Pricing was good and the fact that it was a local company was also beneficial. I can't complain about the trampoline quality, it has been excellent so far and my daughter is really enjoying it.
Where the process was a let down was in first the ordering and contact. There was high demand and the company responded by pushing the drop it on your doorstep delivery option and waiving the rights numerous times. I get that deliveries w...Read more
ere challenging in the lead up to Christmas due to the number of orders but the answer is not to keep pushing the onus of responsibility onto the customer but rather change your delivery approach and relationship with your delivery contractor. Once they realised I wasn't going to accept this and wanted to know a more exact delivery time they were more positive with the communication and did a good job of keeping in touch regarding a delivery time so I could be there to receive it. The next challenge was the building of the trampoline, the machining of the parts wasn't as accurate as it should have been which made the assembly challenging but what made it worse was the absolutely terrible instructions that came with it. I have seen some bad instructions in my time but these were by far and away the worst, for example screws were included to secure components of the trampoline together but absolutely no mention of screws anywhere in the instructions! Another section was written in very poor English. So the very poor instructions and manufacturing tolerances made for a difficult assembly. The tolerances on the components I can understand and sometimes you get what you pay for but poor instructions I just can't accept. That is straight out a lack of customer service strategy and a very simple fix. It's taking the time to resolve things like this which can make a world of difference. So in summary the trampoline quality appears good and am happy so far with the product but the assembly was far harder than it needed to be. Bear this in mind when your looking to purchase a trampoline. I can't be the only one who has gone through this so if somebody from Premier trampolines is aware of this issue....please please please write your own instructions and provide them rather than rely on the manufacturers (made in China by the looks of it) instructions and it could easily be a 5 star review.Similar opinion? Not happy
Spent way too much time putting the trampoline together and then some of the parts wouldn't fit together. Returned the product and then was charged a $30 restocking fee. Wouldn't recommend the product - cheap and nasty. Purchased a more reliable product. Beware the pit falls of purchasing over the internet.

Simply amazing
Wow, I've never received a delivery so quick in all the time I've been online shopping. Thank you. I was dreading putting the tramp together, but to my surprise it was so simple. My 65 yr old mother and myself was all it took. The hardest part was trying to screw the anchors into the ground.l, haha. I am absolutely over the moon with the 10ft jump tramp. Such amazing value. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thanks again for the super fast delivery and amazing product.

so happy with trampoline
so happy with the trampoline and my kids absolutely love it. The trampoline is so strongly built I know my kids are safe whenever they go on it as the poles mat and net are built to last and of the highest quality. I couldn't believe how quickly the trampoline was delivered when we ordered it and the customer service was very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. I have recommended this trampoline to all my friends.

Excellent Product
Very happy with the product, after almost a year it is in excellent condition, no damage or wear. Would definitely recommend to others. After comparing prices of various trampolines on the market, this product was far more affordable and excellent quality. As well as the great product, I was provided with great customer service and staff were able to deliver and install the trampoline in a short amount of time. Very happy!

Great product after 12 months use
Trampoline is strong and still has a great bounce.
We have snow and winds during winter, the padding surrounds still colourful and no cracks. The zipper broke not long ago and premier quickly replaced. Was easy to deal with.
its a shame more people don't support small business like premier with good reviews when deserved rather than saying nothing when all is good.
kids love trampoline and would recommend.

Poor workmanship- won't honour their warranty
Purchased a 10ft jump trampoline and thought it was a bargain. Set up was easy and so far so good. Untill....
a windy day bent the upright poles... that's right... bent 4 of them. The trampoline did not blow over nor did anything hit it... they just bent! The trampoline was 2 weeks old and Premier refused to replace under warranty. Instead they made me pay for replacement poles.... guess what? the replacement poles were thicker! Why even suggest thicker poles if you stand by your product?
In an issue that was clearly a structural problem they...Read more

Unsafe and very poor quality product - worst after sales service I've ever encountered
At first, this product seemed like good value for money, though delivery was delayed several times (so ended up taking months) and the padding was damaged when it was received.
Recently, after just two years of light use, my nine year old child was jumping on the trampoline and fell right through the jump mat - which as far was we could tell had been in perfect condition. There were no signs of wear and no damage - no sign whatsoever that the jump mat was about to fail. My child could have been seriously hurt.
This wasn't even the worst...Read more
part. I complained to Premier, particularly in regards to the potential safety issue, and they absolutely refused to deal with me - continually stating they did no have to do so because the trampoline was out of warranty. I attempted, several times, to explain that I had rights under the Australian Consumer Law - and that any reasonable consumer would expect an expensive trampoline to last more than a mere two years (in fact we used it for under two years after all the delays with delivery - probably more like 18 months). In all honestly, I have owned several trampolines, and have many friends with trampolines. The jump mat on my childhood trampoline is still in working order. I've even purchased a second hand, decade old trampoline while living overseas, and passed it on to friends when moving as it was still perfect. I have never heard of a trampoline which such shoddy workmanship that it only lasted 18 months to two years. Actually that's not correct - I've heard of it now, after reading other Premier Trampolines reviews on this site. The jump mat on this trampoline was not of acceptable quality as it was not durable or safe (in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law); if this issue had only happened to me I might put this down to bad luck, but it's clearly happened to other reviewers. Honestly I can't see how it could be due to anything less than shoddy workmanship and a poor quality product.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
So far so good
Quick delivery. Easier to build than the Kmart trampoline my brother bought. Excellent bounce for the kids (& young at heart) with high quality padding and netting. Very happy we spent the money to buy a Premier Trampoline, confident it will last a long time but further re-assured by the fact that the 'Premier' range of Trampolines come with ½ price replacement part for life!

Disappointed, bad customer service and a bad quality product
Our trampoline mat unfortunately only lasted 19 months (one month out of warranty) before tearing and even though the trampoline had only been set up for 17 months the company refused to see this as a warranty claim. It took almost 4 weeks to get a response initially from them (and that's only after I rang and re-emailed numerous times!), and then they state anything after the warranty period is general wear and tear. Very disappointing that the mat seems to only last until just out of warranty. Clearly not a well made product! Now we have a frame sitting in the backyard and 2 unhappy young children. Will definitely not be purchasing from this company again. Highly recommend to NOT buy from this company!

disapponted
I purchased a spring-less trampoline a few years ago off the internet, which they erected for me as a Christmas present and straight away the kids complained because it has no bounce on it, its like jumping on a very hard mattress, hence it has never been used and has gotten worse over time and now has no bounce at all, I will try to contact the company to see if it can be tightened but I don't like my chances, because of the way it is made. My advice, try before you buy.

Great Trampoline couldn't be happier with our choice
We purchased the 12ft Premier Tramp after much research and we couldn't be happier with the quality. After comparing trampolines on the market and friends suggestions I wanted a good quality tramp (better quality than just a cheap one) as our kids are little and we want it to last them for years. The ladder is very sturdy and solid, the whole product looks sturdy and sound and of a high quality. The net is outside the padded spring area so unlike friends of ours who have trouble with kids running around outside of the netting we have the kids s...Read more
afely inside the whole tramp. The safely netting is well supported and it doesn't sag or drag onto the trampoline. Great communication from the company regarding shipping and I love that we can get replacement parts and have a great warranty. Highly recommend this company!Similar opinion? Disappointed
Unfortunately our springless 12ft trampoline did not survive 3 Aussie Summers as the springless mat and pad perished and on contacting Premier the best price for a replacement mat and pad was $288, the cost of a new trampoline! 2 very unhappy kids and now we have a frame sitting in the backyard as we work out what to do.

Great value for money
We reviewed and compared many trampolines. We settled on two brands that were more expensive than Premier but when we went to order just before Christmas they were both sold out. We purchased the Premier 12ft package at a great price. I read the reviews on here and wondered if a few of them were legitimate seeing as though the dates are all so close together but anyway took a chance and one month in our little boys are loving this sturdy tramp. We are in a high wind area so it will be interesting to see how this holds up. So far so good though,...Read more
it seems sturdy and well built and Santa had no trouble assembling it. My only gripe would be they don't sell the under tramp skirt net...having small kids who don't understand not to walk under it means we need to keep close watch on them which is a tad annoying. If they understood not to walk under there it wouldn't be an issue though! EDITED TO ADD: Almost 12 months on and it's still in perfect condition. Boys have had the hose with bore water on it and golf clubs and trucks and swords etc and no rips or any problems. Still very happy.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

My Grand kids Love this tramoline
I love the service from Premier. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do for me. The delivery service was spot on. Their driver was a great help in advice to erect the trampoline and staff at the office really knew their stuff.

Great buy, well worth it
We found buying on the site very clear and easy to buy. Delivery happened without delay and driver left the product. Instructions for this was clear on the site. The trampoline pad us a lot thicker than i thought it was and we were pleased with the quality. The net is tough and i am happy for the kids to use it. There is no gaps under the net.
thick padding mat

Great product
Bought 4 months ago a premier 12 ft spring trampoline from the warehouse in North Geelong for our holiday house in Ocean Grove . We had a basketball ring added onto our order which was a great idea . This summer is going to be that little bit more fun now that we have this cool new edition to our backyard!

Great trampoline and quality
I would recommend this trampoline hands down. We have around 10 other girls in our street (cousins) and the overall opinion is excellent value for money with great performance. This is our third trampoline and has by far lasted the longest compared to the other models we have bought. Thank premier trampolines.
Long lasting

Trampoline with basketball ring
Great buy trampoline. The quality was better than it looked on the net even thought it did look of quality. We also ordered the basketball ring and the kids love it. Has been on the trampoline since November last year and working well. No broken parts and the kids use it every day. Kids very happy with the jump.

Looking at purchasing one of these trampolines as they have amazing sale at the moment, but wondered if anyone can tell me what the bounce is like? We’ve owned the “cheaper” brands in the past and its not very springy so we are looking for one with loads of bounce flexibility.

Hello,
We have had no issues with the bounciness of the trampoline. We previously had a smaller Vuly and to be honest find this as good if not better than the Vuly. We have had 6 kids all happily bouncing away with no loss of bounce.
Build quality is excellent and nothing feels cheap about the trampoline. I am so glad we got one and do not regret the decision for one second.
I hope this helps with your decision but I know that you will not be disappointed.
Hi, I have to agree with Alastair's reply regarding the excellent quality of Premier Trampolines. The bounciness appears very good - stable and firm when in use and the construction is strong and sturdy too. Have had no issues or regrets in purchasing our trampoline. It is well loved and used!

e springs has started to tear in some places so not sure how long it will last before needing replacing - have enquired with the company to see if it's replaced under their warranty. Small areas of surface rust & a bit of a squeak in the frame but nothing that stops the kids (young & old) enjoying it. It gets used pretty much every day by our family so not disappointed in spending the extra to get a quality trampoline. Like most trampolines the safety net is closed with a zip but there has been occasions where the kids have forgotten to close the zip & twice fallen out (fortunately no major injuries). This is purely a user fault but I know of other trampoline designs like the Vuly where the entry through the netting has an elastic 'self close' (although my friend has a Vuly & isn't overly impressed with the bounce quality).
