Prompt, Efficient & Friendly Sale Service + Very Competitive Prices
Prior to buying a rangehood, I did tons of research and eventually short-listed a Schweigen undermount. After searching for weeks for the best place to buy it from and the best price, I came across Prestige Appliances' website (Melbourne, VIC) and noticed that their price for the rangehood I had selected were well below those of local/state retailers. g with a friendly saleswoman - Pam, I was able to get a sale over the phone in shorter a time it would have taken me to order it online. The brand new rangehood turned up within a week and was fully operational when I tested it. I was concerned that I might have been sold a 2nd hand or demo item or that the boxes were damaged but no. Compared to other more popular local/state retailers out there, it was a breeze dealing with Prestige Appliances. I was so sorry to read that the previous poster had a negative experience but I guess that someone there must have been having a bad day at the time and hope that things got resolved eventually.Similar opinion?
