I had a major issue with my hot water system which was an older unit. Engaged a local plumber to fix, which he did; rather than opting for a new unit to be installed. Few parts were replaced but the system died on me after a few weeks of repairs. Couldn’t get the plumber around again to try and fix it as I was told I needed a new unit. A substantial water leak had been isolated by my regular plumber to "somewhere in the house", but was impossible to find without specialist equipment. I called Priority Plumbing who came, exactly at the appointed time, and within 20 minutes pin pointed the leak to a spot under the concrete floor in the laundry with an infrared camera.
