I ordered some Moon lights for a couple of bikes from PBK.au and they arrived with tracking and so forth. I'd certainly order non-bulky locally overpriced items from them again.

They cancelled an order I placed, after 1 week of me waiting for them to ship it. I emailed them asking them why they cancelled it. They didn't apologize, so I asked them to re-instate the order. They told me that if I wanted the item I'd have to reorder it. So I went on their website to re-order it and they raised the price of the item 80%. I brought this to their attention and they never responded. Go somewhere else, this is a shady company!

Ordered my Winter jackets from ProBikeKit UK and was told delivery will be 29th April but it's now 22nd May and order is still not received . Have requested a refund but they told me it's coming so no refund, would not have bought the goods if they were upfront about delivery date, should get my jackets in Summer at this rate. Regardless of AU or UK web addresses stay clear of ProBikeKit, their customer service is terrible!!!!!

I thought the same as everybody else....Australian web address....Delivery’s 3-7 working days....there was a different click for international deliveries.....but hey, it’s Australian!!!....my order was prepped straight away in UK and is still sitting there waiting to be dispatched after a week!! They have now told me that their couriers can take up to 30 days!!! I reckon that the wait until there are enough Australian Orders to be dispatched at the same time!?
This is something that Fair Trading Australian should be across as it’s false advertising and taking business away from genuine Australian operators.....get rid of BikeProKit Australia.....they’re a Con-Job!!!

Ordered a product in March, which was then held up for import tax in the UK. Thought I was getting my product from an Australian company. Have rejected the item but still have not seen my money. They are waiting for it to be returned to them from customs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not based here despite the web address and all details saying they are.

This company poses as an Australian store operating out of Melbourne when tracking shows items are coming from the UK. Ordered kryptonite lock 10 days ago with estimated arrive this week. Tracking shows item has not left UK when speedy email came immediately after they took my money saying it was dispatched. Want to buy Australian and avoid COVID international issues. Avoid this company.

They have been great to deal with any problems with sizing or wrong product they dealt with extreme efficiency will always buy from them and their products are first rate

I ordered wheels from this mob - ProbikekitAus - 8-10 days delivery. Then I receive an email that the wheels are supposedly held up in customs in the UK - I did not buy wheels from the UK - and that I would have to pay an extra $180 to have the wheels clear customs and be delivered to me in Australia. I needed these wheels to ride in Adelaide in late January and then in the Cadel Evans ride in early Feb. The extra $180 makes these wheels not price competitive and the delay means that I will not get the wheels in time for either of these 2 rides. As of now I have no wheels and am out of pocket for $1250 trying to get a refund. Do not deal with this mob. Not worth the hassle.

After 7 days, the tracking info showed that the item had not moved from the warehouse. I contacted PBK via chat and the guy said 'oh I can see it has left the UK and will be with you soon'. This proved to be a total lie to dismiss me as two days later, it still showed it had not moved so I messaged them on facebook and they admitted they had no idea where it was. A couple of days later, it left the warehouse. I guess they'd forgotten to send it. Anyway, never again. Poor service, lengthy shipping time and lies. I'd used PBK a lot in the past but will stick with local online sellers from now on.

After my order, I did a review of the company (probably should have done t before the order). I was very concerned by the low reviews and thought that I had wasted my money, communication from Probikekit is very generic and automated which does not fill one with confidence. However, the items arrived, well packaged albeit 2 days late for my son's birthday (17 days from UK to Aust). would use again but not if I want the items in a hurry

Ordered a product advised 4 - 8 days delivery Took 11 days to update the tracking only to find product had not even been shipped Already a day late for a birthday and now will also not arrive for Christmas Not even an apology

Hadnt ordered from this company for five years, decided to order a high end trainer from them thought that as it was 'probikekit Australia' based at St Leonards they would have included all relevant taxes and duties would be applied at checkout as do other websites such as wiggle etc, hadnt received the item after two weeks, its still sitting in a customs depot in the UK. No advice from pro bike kit, no contact from the freight company, chasing it up currently with pro bike kit and also chasing it up with fair trading here and also my credit card provider. Just crap.

This company uses non-reputable delivery partners in Australia that do not deliver your goods. Took over 1 month to sort the issue out, which finally resulted in a refund. No goods arrived and they couldn’t even provide an update or status of the delivery. Avoid at all costs as they’ll simply take your money with no idea where their goods are.

I placed an order for over $1000 with Probikekit. I received the order confirmation email and a lot of sales related emails but nothing regarding the dispatch or order tracking. I contacted them after the date I was supposed to have received the order only to be told that my order is with customs and that I should expect them to contact me for additional tax on the purchase (this was a surprise to me as there was NO disclosure regarding additional tax that needed to be paid when I placed the order). They would not give me the details for customs so I could contact them but said I should wait for them to contact me. The customer experience with ProBikekit has been woeful. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.
