I agree with everyone who has reviewed this site in the negative. I paid a deposit of half the cost and after cancellations and no shows the air conditioner was finally installed and the balance paid. After reading the other reviews online I can count myself lucky that installation happened at all and feel very sorry for the customers who have lost their deposit. HOWEVER despite requesting more than once, I can't get a receipt nor a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE and warranty, all of which are essential. So I will be approaching Consumer Affairs with a complaint. Hopefully they will track down the culprits who presented as very professional but were in the end totally unprofessional.

We were persuaded in October last year to give a deposit of $2885 for two air conditioners to be installed early November. Then followed multiple cancellations and no-shows, with a dozen different excuses. The office number is no longer responding. Mark claims that he no longer works there but I do not believe him. It is apparently a scam and we have had a large sum of money stolen by these thieves.

I have also been scammed by these criminals. I paid a deposit over 2000.00 in December. They cancelled 6 times and eventually I asked for a refund. They promised this repeatedly, even sending a false remittance advice. It never happened. The one called Mick is a rude aggressive coward. He promises the world but then does not deliver and then is such a coward he won’t answer his phone. I have been to consumer affairs and now to vcat and the police. They are a disgrace. They have just disconnected their phones

Was very quick to give quote and receive my deposit. Postponed installation eight times with all kinds of weak excuses. Eventually installed around 3 months after paying deposit - installation was good (which is why they get 1star overall). Now will not provide a compliance certificate as promised and do not respond to my texts - AVOID

The owner of this business is a fraud.
He will take your deposit and never deliver, if you are lucky. I had to have a plasterer through my new house to fix all the holes his team put in walls and ceilings.
Took my deposit, damaged the walls and ran, never saw him again.
DO NOT PAY [Name Removed] any money, you will never see it again.

Seems very good at communicating at the start to gain your business, very prompt but once they have your deposit, and they will ask for a large deposit, the respectful business ends.
Multiple excuses delaying work, week after week, we then requested a refund. A refund was promised but then this has been delayed as well. Multiple excuses day after day, and like many others who have been trapped with this business, we will need to go to VCAT to retrieve our money like many others. Now they have blocked our phone numbers as they are getting caught in their lies.

Avoid the headaches and stress, go to ANY other company. Anyone will be be much more respectable, reliable and above all reputable.

Paid deposit and unable to get anyone to turn up but a contractor who was owed lots of money for subcontracting to this firm.The person upfront has the gift of the Gab and has talked his way out of jail.

Paid deposit of $1,500, for air conditioner to be installed in early December 2022. After four cancellations, and many follow up phone calls from me, they failed to turn up. They repeatedly said they were about to refund the deposit, but this never happened. I decided to use them in the first place as one of the owners (who it turns out was about to retire) happened to be in the area and turned up within 15 minutes after my first phone call. He seemed reliable, helpful and well informed. Wish I had read all the reviews first.

Paid them $533 for a job to be done in October last year, after many cancellations and false excuses they never turned up to do the job. They not answering the phone and replying to emails. Be aware!

They failed to return a large deposit, and didn't comply with a VCAT order. We visited their business premises but they have shut up shop. A neighbouring business person advised that the police had been investigating this business. The assistant scammer was contacted, and he advised that the principal scammer Ian Tovey had left the country with several unpaid debts.

Contracted them to install A/C unit. Paid $1500 deposit. Got nothing but excuses for six months. Finally got money back. No work done. Nothing supplied. Phone number blocked. Same story as many others. Keep away!!

Air CON artists. I paid over $1000 deposit for an air conditioner. Installation was delayed 5 times for various excuses. It hurts to know I have been scammed out of my hard earned money. Wish I read the above reviews prior to contacting this company. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Please beware of this company! We paid $1800 deposit for a new air conditioning unit and this company never delivered. There were many appointments made and our time taken from work waiting for them to show up but they never showed and always used a different excuse for not making appointments, re- scheduling and still no show... maybe 5 or 6 times. When we asked to have refund of deposit they said no problems but once again never delivered!

Professional heating and Air conditioning are fantastic and reliable. They came and fixed my heater within minutes of it being broken. It was fixed really quickly and very well! I would highly recommend these guys. We had a really cold few nights recently and they saved us. Because they did such an amazing job, I had to give them a review.. which I wouldn't normally do. Very professional service. Thanks Guys!

We called them for Airconditioning and Heating services. Had issues with heating since it was serviced and the technician never came back to fix it after postponing couple of appointments.
