Great vacuum, light and has good suction!
Having owned this vacuum for the past 4 years I think it is time I gave it a review. This machine has worked very well for us. Living in a two story home, we wanted a commercial backpack style unit which was simple to use, had good suction, wasn't too noisy and had a HEPA filter. This unit quickly fitted our needs. Although not cheap ( we paid $ 480 from memory) the unit has and still works well. The only complaint I have about the unit it that the tools it came with haven`t worked so well (the plastic need to be taped at joints), however after being fixed it doesn't affect the unit.

Lightweight, quiet and great suction
I have owned several Pullman backpack vacuum cleaners, which I bought from Godfreys. I have always found theses macines to be reliable and fault free. The guys at Godfreys, Clayton on Dandenong Road have always been very helpful and eager to assist. I use this machine for domestic environments and a PV14 for commercial sites. I will continue to buy Pullman vacuum cleaners.

Compact general vacuum
The vacuum cleaner is great to use because I have a back problem there's no dragging involved . It is pretty lightweight and an abdominal belt keeps it firmly in place . It sucks well and Is easy to clean . I bought a seperate powerhead forc$100 for dog hair . It fits easily into the car and into a cupboard for storage, the cord is extra long which I love !

Brely lasts warranty before breaking down
Have several of these across our business. All have break down problems within 2 years. Both electrical and parts falling apart. Given the cost they represent poor value for money and we'd not consider them for commercial usage. Even in one case its only used once a week in a domestic building it's broken down after a year.

Piece of Junk
What a piece of junk this is, and it came highly recommended by the guys at Godfreys at Port Macquarie . Very expensive doesn't do the job started falling apart after only 6 months and is supposed to be a commercial vacuum cleaner. Will never buy another again nor will I take the advice from Godfreys .

Not worth the money
We had so many problems with this vacuum cleaner; every time we took it in to Godfreys for repairs it was like buying a new machine every time. To change a simple electrical wiring they charge $80.00 don't believe how expensive these guys are. Will never buy another product from Godfreys.
March 15th 2015 Update:
I thought it may be a good idea to follow up from our first review. No more Pullman or Godfreys this time, instead we invested $165.00 (one third of the price that Pullman) in a new Ryobi vacuum machine from Bunnings. It worked fine ...Read more
