From the quote to measure to installation the process went smoothly. Our blind and awning look great and we were very happy with the exceptional customer service given by all employees that we dealt with.

We have used this company twice now to install verticals throughout the house and awnings outside. All the people we dealt with, from Kate in the office to Paul (and Bob) doing the installation, have been friendly and helpful and quick to sort out any issues. All the products are good quality and at very reasonable prices. Installation was carried out efficiently with minimal fuss. A pleasure doing business with this company.

Professional from start to finish. I had a number of different products installed in my house (plantation shutters, large external awning and a roller blind). Very happy with our plantation shutters. Glad that we did our research and went with Qld Blinds and Awnings. Thanks to their expertise we were able to have the z frames we wanted despite having some narrow window sills. This business is very customer focussed, Paul, Kate and their rep have been great to deal with and their quote was competitive. Our shutter install was promised before Christmas, we were somewhat dubious after having read reviews from other blind companies with complaints of lengthy delays, however they were installed on time as promised. Highly recommend this company.
