We have been renting through radio rentals for almost a year now. We rent a full house full of things. Our washing machine has decided to crap out. It will do half the job but then wont go any further to spin out or drain our washing. We canont even open the washing machine as it has a lock on it. We are renting our furniture through them on a 48 month contract and as we are still renting should they be the one to fix and repair this since we are still paying them every week? HEEEEEEELP!!!!

I have signed a contract today but have changed my mind due to unforeseen circumstances. I won't receive my goods for another week or so, am I able to cancel my agreement??

Call them and try straight away! If they cause you trouble then you can look at options.
They may have like 7 days or something by law - it would be written on your contract.
Call them now though if the weekend goes by who knows - they may just be honorable and do the right thing - but it is radio rentals....

There shouldn’t be any problems cancelling your agreement if the goods have not yet been delivered but best you speak to the store who serviced you. A friend has had her stuff taken back by rr and she paid the back pay but rr is still taking money out cause they claim she still has items belonging to them even tho they said they got it back, what can she do about it

She should have signed a copy of the receipt to say she took it back or they collected it! She also should have a copy of this receipt! I would also tell her to cancel the direct debit through her bank if she no longer has the good and has taken them back.
