The worst property agents I have seen in 25 years. Inspected my rental 4 times in 6 8 months siting “re-inspections” failed my place on the mildest of things, setup re-inspection however on one of them they didn’t even tell me why it failed in writing or verbally yet I waa to rectify their issues with it but not telling me what they are? These people are power struck and treat their jobs as if they are your local cleaning Nazi’s. Rude emails too. Got a new branch and new property manager and had no problem with the first inspection and their manners over email are polite.

Being a tenant we have never had an issue with this real estate. Only downside is having to follow up on maintenance requests and constant changing of property managers. We never know who to ask for when calling.

Ray white might be just a means of renting/leasing/ buying to some people but to my husband and I they have been amazing. Our property manager Stephanie Hards is happy very approachable and always has a smile. I hear lots of tenants complaining that they email their property managers and wait sometimes weeks for a reply. Not so with Stephanie, I always have a reply the same day and she does her utmost to accommodate us

Last weekend our water heater was not working we were really stuck just made a call to Joanna our agent. I thought it's would be hard to reach them on weekend but once I made a call they done everything so fast and fixed on the same day itself, we were so impressed with Ray White team thank you so much .

Easy online booking for short term accomadation in Byron Bay.

Accomadation was good.
Could have done with washing the curtains as they had something on them which didnt look pleasant.

Michele Mewies Is our property manager and she is absolutely amazing. Paid double rent by accident and she was able to help rectify the situation efficiently. Haven't had a more helpful lovely property manager in a long time.

I have lived one of the property i bought. Very quiet, great finishing. No issues internally. Slight drainage issue in carpark which is now fixed. Maintenance is excellent. Full brick apartments are a rarity.

My experience with Vanny in regards to selling our house was not as stressful as i thought. He is a polite and respectful person easy to understand, has great work ethics, great customer service, kept us informed weekly and everything worked smoothly with out any headaches. Highly recommended. Thank you for you hard work Vanny.
