I Can’t Believe how the world is revolved around money ..

There landlord took my to VCat due to a stains on carpets was living at his property for 5 years. Have 3 children had a new born when moved in.
Other than that you could eat off the floors I have OCD so house was imacculate.

The property managing people at this office are extrem unethical, bulling, ignorant, lazy and very arrogant just plain useless. Please save your time and nerves by not looking at their listings and don't even think about using them as a landlord.

I chose these two real estate agents from Raywhite Clayton (Michael Renzella and Willy Yulianto) as they came highly recommended from my brother who bought and sold with their agency. Also as my husband I were looking to buy in the clayton area.

The property we rented was sold, and the new owner did not sign a contract with Ray White West End (the previous agent) to manage the property.
We paid the rent weekly as usually, but Ray White West End held onto three weeks' payment after the contract was signed, and the property went under the new owner's name.

They're spamming Ray White agencies customers to connect utilities through them without any mention of the kickback they get from the utility companies
Be wary of these new tactics to get maximum commissions from an already high commision business

Very dubious business practices

Never again would l use Ray White Central to rent my property l had to spend 10!hours cleaning it myself as they could not get a end of lease cleaner then took a bag of dead and live cockroaches in and told yes l know there is infestation still waiting to be paid for cleaning it myself and as for being left as rented what a joke

Warning to whoever is looking to buy a property from these people.
Make sure you check where they put the signboards.
If they make a hole in the water storm pipe, let me tell you by experience you are on your own. They won't fix it and they'll tell you to talk with whoever put the signboards...... so you are on your own to complain with someone you never deal with in your life and you haven't hire.

It is the same to tell a client yo f... off when they have a genuine and valid complain and they are responsible

Me and my partner are looking for a house to rent, we applied for a property that is under management of this agent Jacqueline D'Angelo. When we went to inspect the house, she wasn't even there, we met with another agent. Then we applied for the house, and made an offer to the owner via this agent. She emailed us after some days, saying that the application was unsuccessful, but no other explanation whatsoever.
