I wanted to market my own unit as I know it best and can highlight it's features and benefits so using this service was ideal. I did not want to pay any commission to an agent either! I had countless enquiries and two offers.
This is an inexpensive way to sell as the ad stays online until sold. You provide photos and wording and create your ad after you get your log-in details but they can assist you with that if you need it.
The process was not hard and staff contactable by phone or online.

Couldn't fault the service by realprivate.com.au when selling a family estate recently. I was contacted when the property was put up for sale and i found it very easy to follow the prompts and find out all of the information I needed from the website. The pricing is very reasonable and the team are extremely helpful and always got back to me with any question/request I had. Having sold a few properties privately in the past this was just so easy and at such low cost for maximum exposure. Loading pics and pictures was a breeze, changing text or adding open home times was a walk in the park, also found the Real Private and the 24/7 call centre so efficient. We had 4 opens, 14 groups through, many offers and bingo sold. So all in all using this medium to sell a property and save a wad of cash is highly recommended.

The software was easy to use even for a dinosaur like me! It is only slightly harder to use than ebay, so have no fear peoples, you can achieve good results without having to give an agent a lot of money to do it for you! But please be aware it still does not stop the Agents wanting to stick their noses in and wanting a piece of the action.
All in all its a good easy to use site, the service is reasonable, and the price is great when you consider the alternative 8/10
