With the Australian real estate market still very strong and houses selling so quickly, why pay an Agent HUGE commission to sell your house in one day? We did it ourselves, it was easy and we saved just over $20,000!

This is the second time I have used Real Private in 6 months . The first home we sold in the first week and saved 35k in commission the second was a block of land we sold within two hours of it hitting the Internet for a grand fee of $99 . Commission on that would have been 12k not including any advertising . I have used Real Private to successfully rent out my investment properties on two different occasions.

I found the process to be quite simple, the property was up on realestate.com.au in no time and I had the capability to control the whole ad and to add inspection times.

I wish I had seen the review above me before I gave these guys my money. I signed up for the $400 package to get my land onto Real Estate.com, which was fine and the land went on without a problem. The problem was that if someone wanted to contact me via the contact agent button I would not receive the email as advertised by Real Private. As I don't have the phone call option (for an extra $20 a month) So there was no way a potential customer could contact me, making the whole thing pointless.
