Why koleos multimedia( youtube,radio,sd card) reception is dropping up and down while driving?

I have had the soft wear updated twice in side two months & the maps show up as blue lines on a black background like someone forgot to colour it in. Its really heard to read. Anyone else had this problem?

All of a sudden the volume control has stopped working in the radio. Can't turn up or down only mute. Neither the volume knob below main screen or buttons by steering wheel will work?
Can't find anything about this in manual either.

Hi when I start the car (2016 Koleos Bose), during the function check it says 'check card reader', then approx. 30 seconds later the stereo and nav screen turn of and restart, forcing me to re-enter media source, maps etc. I have updated Renault software but not Tom Tom software. Any help appreciated?

Hi, has anyone had a noisy blower fan from the current shape Koleos while operating the aircon or heater? Possible bearing failure or a leaf?

Hi everyone, (2017 Koleos Petrol) Once the fuel light comes on, our DTE (distance to empty) displays down to 80km remaining then turns blank to - -. Dealer hasnt heard of this before. Has anyone else experienced this, does your dash display go lower than 80km to empty?
Our previous 10y.o VW Golf would go all the way to 10km. Thanks!

So i have the 2018 S Edition Koleos and wanted to find out about remote engine start, once you unlock the door, the car will shut off the engine. Surely theres a takeover procedure to prevent that from happening otherwise you will always need to start the car twice if using remote engine start.
Second is there a update to support wireless carplay?

my Koleos, immediately after I answer or make a blue tooth mobile call experiences "no blue tooth connection" and I am unable to make or receive calls until I shutdown the vehicle and restart.
Anyone experienced this?
I think I may need to take it to the dealer.

When my phone rings in the car and I answer I cannot hear and they can not here me. My media works fine through the car and can play music from my phone via bluetooth. Any ideas?

How do you get all your phones numbers from your mobile phone to transfer after pairing phone in 2018 Koleos 2018? Only about 60 numbers come across. Have backed up my phone and transferred any numbers from sim to phone.

I have a 2016 Renault Koleos Bose and on the display screen when you put it in reverse the reverse camera shows up. it was showing the whole screen and now it has shrunk the viewing screen. no settings have been changed. any ideas why and how to fix it please?

Hi I have a Koleas 2014 automatic model. It went in for servicing after that I had weird experience. The engine is off car locked the radio was on for at least 5 hours. I drove the car to garage, technician checked the car on his computer no fault all is perfect. I was advised to come back if problem occurs again. The same day later in the afternoon I parked my car locked it and went to work. Around 5 when I get to the car I found the wipers going on furiously car would not unlock battery got drained. Now the car is in again the technicians can't identify any fault. The battery is damaged . I am not happy with this situation. What if I install a new battery and car accessories go on draining the battery again. Buying a battery does not resolve the problem with electronic control system .
Has anyone experienced such a koleas problem before ?

Hi,
I had the Koleos 2010 Privilege. One of the most features I loved was when you click the lock button two times it closes all the windows and sunroof. I just purchased the Koleos Intense diesel and this car does not have the option. You physically have to jump in the car and turn it on to close all windows and sunroof, safety reason maybe? And one more question... when inside the car besides the driver seat all 3 windows have to hold the window button up or down the whole time, it doesn’t have the one click open to open or close windows? I know it’s not a big deal but I have had the older model for 7 years that had these options and from going from that to this you would just expect it will just have those options. The only thing I could think of is Safety but I’m not sure.
