Worst experience of all.
Since fully paying off a smart tv..no ownership papers sent, no calls at all from the office that deals with me.once you sign that contract, the customer care STOPS . No one wants to deal with you as a customer . It's the worst rental experience I've ever had.

Scam,Lies & Greed
They lied to me about my contract told me it was a 2 year contract 3 year warrenty guy comes to my door tells me i have a month to go and then im finished (feb 2020) i get a call from a new sales rep telling me i have another 36 months i stop my payments and they slylie put them selves back on my centerpay ive asked for a copy of ny contract numerous times this year from the start of this year sctually and they can not give it to me please dont waste your money and time on these frauds they will suck you dry with out a care in the world as ling as they get your money
Your money is what matters most in there eues not your needs of products

They just keep being greedy
I originally had huge issues trying to get a product at the website advertised price which was already hugely inflated. Finally agreed on $44 a fortnight which was fortunately via text. The contact has been put through at $55 a fortnight. After much badgering to [name removed] who quoted the $44 I received a call from [name removed] in head office I think. She started spinning some crap that their costings change etc please, give me a break! I cut her off and said only communication via email and hung up. They are just grubby, greedy, arrogant, lying and deceitful scumbags. I will keep you posted, if the email is as juvenile and humorous as I think it might be I might even copy the whole thing on this site

Gee up
I've been paying $50 a fortnight for over two years for oppo phone that lasted about two or three months and they're still taking $$$ out.so far $3000 thanks rent 4 keeps

Lied about contract duration
Been through rent 4 keeps for a few years, bought a ps4, was suppose to be a 12 month contract. I was lied to and put on a 18 month contract, that I never signed. previous ones I had purchased were the same price but for 12 months.
Do not go through Rent 4 Keeps for anything.
They will rip you off.

Very rude in perth
Got a tv and a fridge. Bith had isdues. When asking them to replace. The tv they said cancell my contract. That would put me $1000.00 out of pocket.. So im going. To RADIO RENTALS after this bad experience.

Not happy...
I purchased an iPhone 7 through these guys. Was told I could upgrade my handset if it was in good condition it was in 10/10 condition. Went to upgrade to the iPhone xs and was told that my contract had been void due to my credit rating. Apparently compliance said they were going to issue a reposition notice for the current handset I was renting. ook my last payment and haven't even offered a refund. I am absolutely appealed on his I was treated. Yes I have a bad credit rating but I am paying off my defaults and to have to hand back an item for an upgrade and then told compliance won't allow me to rent the upgrade seriously. Absolutely disgusted!
I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5yrs, I've purchased a laptop, phone and home theater, now they avoid me and make up ridiculous reasons to not let me rent/buy when they have specials on. These guys are shockingly rude and I'm good at budgeting but they make you feel small. A very angry good customer here. Dont go through these guys people.

As soon as my rental agreement expired the Samsung washing machine stopped working,conviently a family member who works for the company was here at the time and supposedly was working for me to get a resolution instead was giving out all my personal financial information to her father and his family to scamm

Scammers
This morning rent4keeps. Sent me a text saying I owe money. Crap. I've reported them to the fraud squad. I don't trust your business now. This kind of activity happens every Christmas.

Ruthless money sharks
I had my phone stolen after only having it a month..
I immediately reported it stolen to the police, it was within 24 hours after being stolen.
Its been over a week of trying to talk to them about working something out with them.
I feel like they have been avoiding me. Now I'm stuck paying triple the amount for a phone I don't have.
Why do they not have this kind of thing covered by insurance.
Radio rentals has a policy that allows coverage if you report your item stolen with in 48 hours..I think they should be more fair and do the same thing.

Rent4keeps use another company to direct debit you payments (ezy debit) which charge a fee to debit your account as I got a mountain bike worth $4000 total repayment $18356 and I have asked rent4keeps for a fees and charges letter and they stated there Is no other fees involved.

Gave me. Second hand broken lounge with no warranty
Got ripped off paying 2135,00 for something that they paid 650.00 and stitching coming apart and no warranty dealing very disappointed and ripped off.

Started Off Good.. Now hell.
Started off great, I was down on my luck, my wife had left me, I had just been diagnosed with Melanoma, finances were bad but not critical and I hadn't been able to spend anything on myself in a couple of years; so I thought I would love a Nintendo Switch, I live with my mother, not needing anything else. Signed up, approved within a day.
First red flag. Most communication done via sms or lengthy phone call.

I'd love to give one star no wait zero
Vile first rental I got was from [name removed] In South Australia a year or so later [name removed] I wanted a specified brand fridge freezer got the most cheapest ..... Crap ever ..... Scum bags [name removed] is the rep in south Australia.

Should not be allowed
I got a couple of items was paying over 3 times what they are worth. Do not no matter how tempted give these people your money it is not fair what they do. They prey on the vulnerable.

Excellent Company that actually care
