It makes fault safety alarm in the middle of the night and I need to get up to switch them off. I have the same claims about this product. They provide 7 years warranty. But they said they can't fix it if I don't have a receipt. That's fair if it is an old model. This model isn't even 7 years old and they must fix it based on common sense. Very disappointed in Rinnai Australia and I do highly not recommend their products due to the poor qualities and services.
Purchased in at Facebook Marketplace for $55.

Bought 2 years ago... Absolutely Crap...
I should have given my feedback about 2years ago when I bought it. too many problems.
Once reach the set Temperature, constantly ringing alarm bells( very annoying. It turns out to be a curse if you use it at night. You have to get out of the bed to turn it off.
No proper support from Rinnai. Anyways, Beware from this product
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $300.
