This vacuum works really well picks up so much dirt, mops surprisingly good too. It mapped the house out quickly and does a fantastic job. We love it, highly recommend

Sceptical at first, but I love my Roborock
I was sceptical of getting a Roborock and sceptical of the reviews. It was not until I went to a friends house who had a S6 and they loved it so I bought the S7+with dock. We have carpet and hard wood floors. I use it on max cleaning and it’s amazing on both surfaces. My only minor issues are the waste bin in the Roborock sometimes get full and does not go back to empty before continuing and it does not quite have enough batt power to do our entire downstairs. These are minor as I just schedule hard wood floors first, then empty and then do carpets after a recharge. It saves me some much time and gives me more time for other activities.

A revolution in management of large tiled floor
Can vacuum and mop my very large tiled home and empty itself when done. No carpet but a one
metre square mat handled without any difficulty.

Great Robotic Vacuum - Terrible User Guide
Had the Roborock S7 with Dock for a month now. It works great on our large floor tiled open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge. That is more by good luck than good management as we found the instruction manual almost impossible to understand. We haven’t been able to pair it up to the app as our internet server is mobile 5g powered and the device appears to need a 2.8G source! Despite that, the little S7 appears to happily clean until it has had enough and it returns itself to the docking station. We love it despite the unusable instruction manual.

The dock is a game changer
We purchased the S7 and upgraded to the new cyclonic auto empty and charging dock recently.
With 3 cats, there is often cat fur and life dirt of which the Roborock S7 has no worries with.
We send it out every couple of days to vaccuum and once a week to mop. The mop function works extremely well on our tiled floors. The ability to integrate it with our Google home, and view the status via the app is comforting when away from home.
We are very happy with our Roborock and would highly recommend it.

Does this vacuum do multi level or split level homes?
Yes it does. In the app you can specify a "single-level" or "multi-level" home and the robot will map both levels and two different maps will be generated
