We purchased the neato d3 robot vacuume cleaner. Lucky us!
The service we recieved from nathan was A+++ we had a rare small issue with setting up robot and because of our off grid location we were unable to connect to the wifi ap to teoubleshoot the problem. Nathan paid to have the robot sent back to him so that he could sort it out for us, then send it back within a few days, all set up and ready to go! Living off-grid means that communication is difficult for us, so nathan even went out of his way to liaise with my mum who lives in town to organise everything. This has been by far our best ever customer service experienc -

Six weeks ago I purchased the M6 iRobot mop from Nathan. I have had robot mops for approximately 10 years but this one is something else. It’s fantastic. I have scheduled my floors to be mopped on a staggered rotation at 2.00am. My floors are constantly clean, the robot is so quiet it doesn’t wake anyone. The service to purchase was exceptional. I also used the lay by system that was on offer and it was brilliant. 9/10 for me Thank you!

I found Nathan when my last Neato (not purchased there) vac needed help. I couldn't find anywhere else to help but Nathan was fantastic and helped me with my issue and didn't charge the earth.
So when Neato decided to die I knew where to go when I needed a robotic vacumn replacement. He doesn't rush you and happy to have a chat. He knows the right vacumn is a personal experience for lots of people. Very happy with my new purchase. Named her Regina the cleaner. He will even follow up with some texts to make sure your happy.

I contacted Nathan in the hope of obtaining a spare part for my Neato Botvac. Nathan was very helpful, communication was easy, timely and clear and the part was posted the day after I paid for it. I was impressed with the service provided, particularly when I was just after a spare part and as far as I am aware Nathan specialises in doing the repairs himself. My Botvac is back doing his cleaning 2 times a week at minimal cost thanks to Nathan's willingness to help.
