I found Nathan when my last Neato (not purchased there) vac needed help. I couldn't find anywhere else to help but Nathan was fantastic and helped me with my issue and didn't charge the earth.
So when Neato decided to die I knew where to go when I needed a robotic vacumn replacement. He doesn't rush you and happy to have a chat. He knows the right vacumn is a personal experience for lots of people. Very happy with my new purchase. Named her Regina the cleaner. He will even follow up with some texts to make sure your happy.

I contacted Nathan in the hope of obtaining a spare part for my Neato Botvac. Nathan was very helpful, communication was easy, timely and clear and the part was posted the day after I paid for it. I was impressed with the service provided, particularly when I was just after a spare part and as far as I am aware Nathan specialises in doing the repairs himself. My Botvac is back doing his cleaning 2 times a week at minimal cost thanks to Nathan's willingness to help.

Spoke to Nathan about an issue I was having and he asked questions to understand and gave realistic potential paths forward with associated costs up front. After leaving my Neato with him he called to tell me that after cleaning, testing, trying new batteries and other things that unfortunately the Neato was beyond repair. When I met with him to get the Neato back and pay for his services he would not accept payment because he was not able to fix the unit.

Quick to respond, diagnose, test and went the extra mile to give the robot a nice clean.
Our Neato had an issue where it would stop suddenly and say “put me down” although it was already on the ground.

Neato themselves unfortunately could not solve the issue and since I got the unit off Amazon (new), they could not support it (even for a fee).
That’s where Nathan came in. Turned out it was probably some dirt that got lodged inside. Likely due to it cleaning varnish preen from the carpet.

Not only did he attempt to fix it, he tested it on various carpet surfaces to ensure the problem didn’t repeat itself before passing back to me.
