I am OBSESSED with Rojank masks! I have sensitive skin and was a little apprehensive in trying out this new brand, but I am so glad I did! Their masks leave my skin feeling fresh and hydrated without having to spend heaps of $$$.

Love Aqua fresh !! Really helped me with my skin and gave it the extra moisture that I needed. The end result was a light glow and my face felt super soft and replenished.

I love this brand, first started using it half an year because I want to give it a try. So I bought one skincare routine, my skin is sensitive, acne prone, after used them I actually stopped breaking out, It works great. After trying it for only a few weeks and receiving instant results, my skin become more glowing, looks more healthier. I think it's the best skincare I've ever used. Give this product a try, I promise you will not regret it!

LOVE the BB cream, it's very light and allows your skin to breathe! My skin always looks very fresh. I've tried other BB creams but this one feels more breathable.

I love their masks, they are very affordable and they work! I use the masks before a special event and it leaves my skin soft and glowing. Highly recommend the masks.

DO NOT BUY THEIR SKINCARE!!!! I bought one of their skincare ranges and used and it ruined my skin and I got the worst breakouts and it took two months for my skin to recover and a visit to my doctor!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I threw their products out.

Products are all made in China. Don’t get me wrong but their website keeps saying their products are from Korea which is a horrible lie. If you want Korean products, definitely don’t go there.

I went in to the Bondi Junction Rojank store on Sunday as I was really interested in the forever youth skincare range and was greeted by a clueless Asian that had no idea of the products in the store and I quote all she said was “this is really good for you cause it contains gold in it” Please hire people who are knowledgeable in these areas. How was I suppose to purchase the range if I can’t be properly informed of what I’m buying. You lost a sale Rojank.

I have the skin routin of “Aqua fresh”and the “Nordic fresh cleansing foam oat”. I love how light they feel on the skin, and they made my skin look fresh and clear. Also, they smell lovely. I’m very satisfied and happy with the products.

I have shopped at Rojank many times and they have good customer service,the staffs are very knowledgeable and very patient with you, I bought many products there, last month I went there and the staff recommended one Cica Repair skincare routine products for my sensitive skin, It has been used for a month now, it completely improved my skin. As a regular customer of this store since it opened I would like say how amazing Rojank's skincare, makeup and staff are. After having gotten to know the girls there I want to say what a lie the review written by "Hannah" is. The only person that's been fired was the uselss store manager they had and has been replaced by the lovely Emily. So please let's keep reviews honest.

By the looks of these reviews my experience is of the same nature. I went to the store as I have done many times to purchase some of their facemasks. I was also ignored, when I finally approached a staff member myself to ask if the staff member I usually talk to was there today - as she was the most helpful and friendly. To my disappointment I got told she was fired. I would like to know what is the management doing to train these staff members and firing what I thought to be the most helpful. Really not good for a new business, I’m sure it won’t be around for long. Don’t waste your time!

I cannot understand how useless staff are hired. I was in the new Rojank store at Bondi Junction Westfield. I was the only customer in there and listened whilst the blonde talked about her boyfriend to the other girl there and ignored me. 10 mins later I concluded that they must not want my business so I decided to leave.

The new Rojank store was just a complete waste of time! What a disappointment! I went in there and asked if they had a makeup artist and if they could try their makeup testers on me only to be told no! They don’t have one working at the store. How about you hire one! Why would you sell makeup if your customers can’t have someone who knows what they’re doing sample it on you. Tried to give your store a go but I’m off back to Mecca and Sephora.

Went into the store today to purchase a set of skincare and the store manager was so rude and condescending to the poor girl serving me because I wanted to pay part cash and part by card and she asked her manager for help. Not good for the store. Doubt I’ll ever go back there again.

I visited this store and the customer service I received was horrible. The first blonde was too busy on her mobile phone to even notice that I was in the store and the second blonde with the accent looked miserable as she walked straight past me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence until I asked her about one of her products which she couldn’t even answer. As this is a new store, management need to rethink their hiring strategy. Just terrible I will not bother returning to this store ever
