Couldn't be happier with the van, tows brilliantly - far better than I expected, very comfortable interior. Not a great deal of easy communication with manufacturer but in the industry seems par for course.

    Good van some water issues

Water tanks have been put in backwards, drawing from the right hand side. Parked by a kerb when half full they draw air due to the slope and only draw air. The tanks need to be reversed and then it would be a great set up.

Sorry can't help. We took ours out and left it out. Annoying ticking sound sounded so loud at night. Maybe that's why yours is missing.
