Still prefer your earlier model
In terms of cleaning your model before the 4 plug latest model was more comfortable to mop my floors and I think a lot lighter. All you needed to squeeze the sponge was to push down and the sponge squeezed from short end to short end. but I have to say did not fully release all the dirty water The sponge was thinner and in my opinion did not last very long perhaps 4 months of washing the floors weekly before changing.

self is thicker and I hope lasts longer. I do like how it squeezes the sponge lengthwise and it does make a difference in terms of getting rid of the dirty water allowing more absorption. I just wish you would have the pull down action of the old model with the better action of the sponge squeeze of this model. I just hope that the sponge lasts as long or longer than your previous model. By the way when I searched for the old sponges for your old model I couldn't find any at Big W so bought the new model. Is your old model being made redundant?

Absolute garbage - Do not purchase
Mop heads are of extremely low quality - on average they last no longer than one month having been used twice in that time before disintegrating before your very eyes. Garbage.
Purchased in March 2021 for $16.00.

It's a very expensive con don't ever buy it. A mop from $2 shop at a fraction of price lasts longer
I bought 2 packets of twin refills. Didn't use it for a while then decided to put new sponge on it disintegrated straight away, thought may be its one off used the second sponge in the packet it disintegrated even faster. Didn't even get one wash out of them. I would like to get the refund for this crap you are selling, it's a day light robbery.
I paid a fortune for the mop itself now I am stuck with it without sponges. Shame!!!
