Hi the fitting ( green clamp nut ) that holds the handle to the mop head has split this is the second sabco spin mop I have purchased and had the same thing happen after only a short time can you please supply two fittings as we use one indoors and the other in our outdoor living area

Love the mop system but disappointed that after 6 months the clip on the handle that holds it firm has broken. How do I get a replacement handle please? Where are they sold?

Hi Sabco, I really like this mop. It is extremely easy to use, i normally mop every two week but after my Christmas holiday. I just found the green plastic part for tighten the handle and mop head is crack, I don’t think this place supposed broken as I never touch it after first time installed it. I really like to send the photo to you as now I am not able to use it at all, it keep loose, handle and mop head not able to stick together.

Hi, does the space saving mop head fit the supadry mop? I cant find a replacement supadry mop head to purchase in store but I can get the one that comes with the compact/space-saving mop, is it the same? Thanks

I bought the sabco spin mop, I was very happy with it, but now it won’t spin is there anything I can do to fix it please .

I just purchased my space saving spin mop. I am unsure how to remove mop head to clean. Is it machine washable? Can u please explain??

I have found this product to be the ants pants. In fact I also purchased the same product for my daughter. But since I have only had it for a few months I feel that the mop should have lasted longer. I pushed down on the mop to spin it and now it is permanently stuck. So therefore it is now useless. I didn't keep the receipt because for the price I paid for this at Bunnings compared to other mops I have purchased throughout the years it should have at least lasted over a year! Bunnings have stated that they will replace it if I had of kept the receipt. I only live in a two bedroom townhouse so therefore the area that I mop is not exactly over the top huge. So how do I go about replacing the mop please without going to the expense of buying the whole unit? Also how long does this item suppose to last? My name is June.

Hi, the clip on my spin and dry mop handle is broken and no longer locks the handle in place. I have tried buying a mop only but they don't seem to be sold separately. Normally, I would just go out and buy something else but I have been really happy with this system.

The handle of my Sabco Supadry Spin Mop & Bucket cracked last week. Now when I use it, the handle reduces in length very quickly. I bought the kit last year.

I searched the local bunnings for the handle only but couldn't find it. I don't want to buy a complete kit.

Hi like the people above my handle cracked yesterday after a year of gentle usage once a week. Is it possible to have a replacement please as the mop is fabulous for my timber floors.
