Useless Remote
AU8000 UA50AU8000WXXY (50")I just replace my Old Samsung TV (approximately 5 years Old) to a new AU8000WXXY 4K UHD LED Smart TV
It is extremely Hard to Set up
The Main Reason being is their USELESS REMOTE(It is Pathetic)
I even had to ring Samsung Help for which I allowed them to come into my new TV & help with the set up
I had spent approximately 4 hours setting it up & the MAIN REASON BEING WAS THEIR STUPID USELESS REMOTE
I then Tried my old Remote & it was a lot easier to use,
Unfortunately & sold my old Samsung 50 inch TV & lot the Remote with it,BUT BUT,our TV in th
$1000 for a tv and it Doesn’t even come with screws!
AU8000 UA50AU8000WXXY (50")$1000 for this tv and it doesn’t even come with screws to attach it to the wall mount. That is disgusting, how much are screws really. Now I have to figure out what size I need go to Bunnings and get some. 10 minute job turned into an hour job. But hey Samsung just saved themselves 2 cents…. Typical penny pinching at the expense of consumer experience. How much is a happy customer worth 2cents? Obviously not!
